Has anyone any references to how to rectify credit ratings and CCJs with reference to CCJs?
I know there is a way to write to the Corporation that records all your defaults but I was wondering under what legislation?

Hi. What exactly are you after? Are you asking if it is possible to have a CCJ removed from your credit file?

No I'm specifically addressing freeman with regards to Common Law. I was specifically asking around once you have dealt with the banks how then do you go on to the next stage of dealing with the corporate entity known as the credit reference agency.

Credit reference agencies sell the information they hold about you to the banks. So you could say they are breaching confidentiality and data protection. Did you grant permission for them to sell your details to the banks and lenders??? I think not.

I would have signed something in my strawwoman to say that it was ok for the banks to check with credit agencies. Having explored data protection it's a next to useless Act ie there are no powers to enforce any punishment for having breached such confidentiality.
