CIA's notorious "Family Jewels" files is a short paragraph outlining "potentially
embarrassing Agency activities". "Experiments in influencing human behaviour
through the administration of mind- or personality-altering drugs to
unwitting subjects." Of all the heinous acts committed by the CIA in the name of
national security, these experiments, done on the agency's behalf by prominent
psychiatrists on innocent victims - including children as young as four - may
be the darkest....In 1953, MKULTRA was given six per cent of the total CIA
budget without any oversight. Only the tip of a large iceberg had been
previously released by the CIA under Freedom of Information Act provisions.
Yesterday's acknowledgments will comfort those who have long campaigned for truth
and restitution. The nature of the experiments, gathered from government
documents and testimony in numerous lawsuits brought against the CIA, is shocking,
from testing LSD on children to implanting electrodes in victims' brains to
deliberately poisoning people with uranium. "The CIA bought my services from
my grandfather in 1952 starting at the tender age of four," wrote Carol Rutz
of her experiences. "Over the next 12 years, I was tested, trained, and used
in various ways. "Electroshock, drugs, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and
other types of trauma were used to make me complain and split my personality (to
create multiple personalities for specific tasks). "Each alter or
personality was created to respond to a post-hypnotic trigger, then perform an act and
(I would) not remember it later. "This Manchurian Candidate program was just
one of the operational uses of the mind-control scenario by the CIA. "Your
hard-earned tax dollars supported this." The US began these experiments after
World War II when it made a grab for hundreds of Nazi scientists and doctors
who had been researching mind control in concentration camps, fearing they
would fall into Soviet hands. US military intelligence leaders were paranoid
that they were falling behind the communist bloc in the brain-washing race. The
programs, though carefully hidden, continued into the 1970s - when Helms
ordered much of the documentation to be destroyed.

I have heard Alan Watt ranting endlessly about how psychopaths are ruling the world. Maybe he's got a point. It's enough to have the top leaders as full-blown psychopaths, the people at lower ranks will just follow orders. Scientific experiments have shown how ordinary people can perform pretty nasty tasks when urged on by some authority, such as a scientist in a white lab coat. Ordinary people are then capable of doing far worse things than they would if they themselves were the ones who made the decisions.

I imagine psychopaths to be like alligators at a zoo. Imagine a four year old kid falling into the alligator area. The closest alligator begins to chew on the kid and eats the boy or girl. If we then would ask the alligator: "How could you do something like that? You evil monster!!!" Then the alligator would reply: "Burp!"

Ponerology is the study of evil. “Evil”, for most of human history, has been an abstraction, a relative and arbitrary opinion. Lately, and with little awareness, evil has come to be a quantifiable and objective fact. A “psychopath” is not a raving axe murderer, but a description of a disorder caused by brain lesions that render humans utterly without empathy or emotional depth. (Yes, that will be explained.)
Pathocracy is based on an observation of Kurt Vonnegut: “people without a conscience rise through the ranks very quickly.” This has been demonstrated in Game Theory, especially the Prisoner’s Dilemma game which all college students are subjected to: in dominator heirarchies, the best strategy really is to fuck over your fellow man. Psychologists from a number of disciplines—Transpersonal, Behavioral, and Gesalt—all made note during the 60s that violent and paranoid people tended to dictate the terms of everyone elses lives at every level. As Stephen Heller notes in “Monsters and Magical Sticks”:
So the concern, the interaction between these two words, is that our cultures are designed for evil people to get ahead, and they do. This would mean that Adolf Hitler, Idi Amin and George Bush are not anomalies, they are design features. The best part about this --- aside from the soul-crushing realization nothing will probably ever change about the human condition --- is that it’s not “just because” determinism. If all this warfare, depression and violence is the result of how our culture is designed, then that means we can start to end warfare, depression and violence by designing better cultures.
Appendix: Details on “a disorder caused by brain lesions”
Frontal characteropathy: The frontal areas of the cerebral cortex (10A and B acc. to the Brodmann division) are virtually present in no creature except man; they are composed of the phylogenetically youngest nervous tissue. Their cyto-architecture is similar to the much older visual projection areas on the opposite pole of the brain. This suggests some functional similarity. […] As described by researchers (Luria et al.), the functions of these areas - thought-process acceleration and coordination - seem to result from this basic function.
Damage to this area … has been significantly reduced due to improved medical care for pregnant women and newborns. The spectacular ponerogenic role which results from character disorders caused by this can thus be considered somewhat characteristic of past generations and primitive cultures.
Brain cortex damage in these areas selectively impairs the above mentioned function without impairing memory, associative capacity, or in particular such instinct-based feelings and functions as for instance the ability to intuit a psychological situation. From what is, at this point, the sole definitive text on the topic: Political Ponerology: The Scientific Study of Evil Adjusted for Political Purposes, by Andrew M. Lobaczewski. There is also the work of Martha Stout, who claims that sociopathic behavior and multiple personality syndrome are actually much more widespread than is generally assumed. If you’re worried, she has a survey you can take.
For more on Ponerology, we recommend Laura Knight-Jadczyk’s two part article on the topic. She is also part of a team which maintains an ongoing website for updates on this research. Many of the articles are sober and dark, but this gem proposes that brain parasites could be running the planet. Which would explain nearly everything, really.

Yes I have read similar things. There is a website called Illuminatinews.com the author, Wes is very informed on what is going on in the world and how thousands and thousands of children have been snatched in order to experiment on, it is sick and disgusting and unfortunately according to him, there is not a damn thing anyone can do about it, because we have let the illuminati become so powerful, they can now be overthrown. The only way to stop them is to consciously make a decision not to incarnate back on earth once we have left the earth plane. What a choice!!!! Please log on to his site and read, I was up till 4.00 a.m. this morning it is so interesting but horrible but you can't stop reading it all. Definitely not for the faint hearted.

This is a blog by someone who claims to have worked for the secret services in the UK. I am somewhat sceptical only because of his age really, he is only in his 20s and seems to have done so much, but yet he is confirming the existence of these underground bases, one of which is in the Brecon Beacons and has stories of abductions etc. It will be interesting to see what everyone else thinks.

Brecon Beacons... I'm near there I'll check it out sometime. This mind control on kids is real harrowing. And this is just what we know. Can you imagine the medical experiments and stuff that these people will certainly have got up to.
One of the worst aspects of the whole thing, this stuff. Makes me sick to my stomach.
