View Full Version : Shoplift/go sick/steal something from work day

We choose a date where everyone who agrees with this thread goes out on that day and steals something from a chain store somewhere. It doesnt have to be specifically shoplifting, just some kind of victimless crime that we all agree on for that day.We then post what we nicked/the number of the policeman we kicked in the balls etc. here.
I shall try and explain the reason behind this.
This isnt going to be sticking it to the man,as our effect will be negligible but it will help condition us to be disobedient and I think it will some kind of bond between like-minded people that we lack at the moment.
If you compare a typical criminal to any on of us right now;someone we would no doubt call a "sheep",when the shit hits the fan, your typical chav will be in a much better place mentally than the people that sit posting on forums, complaining about the world all day. They are already on the fringes. They dont give a fuck about the goverment and what they say. It'll be the hustlers that survive this, not the politically aware or the "awake".
Some of us may willingly break laws everyday as part of our lives-I know I do. I dont do it for the sake of breaking the law,but because I find those particular laws unnecessary and dont suit me as an individual.I'm really not that threatened by so-called authority. But if you dont break laws generally, you may find the simple act of breaking a law(as opposed to a mere misdemeanor) liberating and cathartic.
I'm not really explaining the rationale behind it very well,I just feels like it would be a really good thing to do.It feels right.
Who's up for it? Or are you all a punch of pussies?

This does come in under Civil Disobedience
but so as to make a point
may I suggest choosing ONE item
but in many brand names
and one that can be filmed then eaten or used up
so there is NO evidence
by stealing various brands it cant be excused
as directed at one brand
so MUST be realized as directed at the system
everyone keep the film and get a few to ORGANIZE
a group to file and hold the films for anti-big govt
propaganda and maybe a site where people can send
stories and videos.

I'm not sure if it would be that helpful when it's a small company when so many are already being squeezed by the government and their banks on one side it's not fair for them to be attacked by the other.
A huge company like a bank or multinational perhaps.

I'm a pussy. It's not for me, and I wonder if it achieves anything worthwhile. You don't need the buzz of shoplifting and the thrill of getting caught to train yourself to be 'disobedient' do you?

I don't have a job. I'm a student. Does that mean I should steal something from the university? I don't think that's the same as stealing from your employer.

I don't agree here. NOT because I am some dumbed down sheeple that dutifully follows orders, but I find it completely WRONG to steel from others, it's irrrelivent to me whether it's from a shop or from a person in the street. I know alot of us have been the victims of theft and doesn't it make you feel just awful?? I had a "friend" a few years ago that stole money from my bag while I was out of the room, another time my purse was nicked out of my bag while I got on a bus...stuff like that. is just horrid. I am sure nearly all of us on this forum have had instances like that. Another time I had £800 nicked from my bank account at Xmas a few years back, thanks to dodgy bank staff in India, sweetly known as ID fraud. But, if you practice the Law of Attraction and self protection in general, you should be OK.
So no, this is one thread that I do not agree with, but of course there are others that will dissagree with me, thats fine, it's called being free to express your opinions.
Thank you !

Lets not get bogged down in details or nothing will happen. Saturday the 28th is good for me. We all nick something or things worth at least 5 quid, then we take a pic of it or post a description of what you nicked.
This isnt some grand gesture against the state,it's just a bit of a crack and to prove to yourself you're not a good litle citizen. Think of it as homework-Fight Club style.
I'm already thinking of the next project. Graffiting your loacal bus stop with David Icke.com or something.
I'm also thinking of ways of massively wasting police time but legaly. I was thinking of lighting up what looks like a massive joint in front of a CCTV camera but in fact it's just a large rollie. See if Big Brother really is watching.

I did say victimless crime. Stealing from Tescos isnt the same as stealing from your corner shop.
I know someone who worked at Sainsburys. If you had more than one day off sick, you had to have counseling.
The staff there are treated like fucking battery hens. Do you think the staff give a fuck? If they're anything like me when I worked in a supermarket, they'll be pilfering left, right and centre anyway.
FUCK SAINSBURYS.

Think I did one a couple of months ago at work. Just as funny now as it was back then.

The OP isnt talking about stealing old ladies handbags or anything.
If you steal something from say a Spar or a Co Op the shop staff are hardly going to get upset by it.
The OP has a point to a certain degree in that there would be a kind of Justice in robbing a bank due to the fact that jobs are being lost due to banks taking stupid risks and bank handing out servive charges etc.
Or stealing petrol from a big corporation petrol station has a kind of karma to it.
Its a bit like being a modern day Robin Hood stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.
What you ve talked about here kiwimaj is personal theft and stealing from innocent people which is totally opposite to what the OP was saying. I think you ve kindove missed the point.

Yo I understand what your saying and Ive been thinking like this but actually having the balls to do it is another matter.
Have you heard of Andre Stander or seen the film about him "Stander"?
I think you d like it, its a true story about a South African Police Captain who grows tired and guilty of the corruption and barbarism of the Apartheid Government. He decides one day to start robbing banks which is unreal because he s a hotshot police Captain earmarked for General. He robs like 20 before finally getting caught but better still he escapes form prison after 3 years and even goes back to free bank robbing friends he s made in prison.
He had no limits, even robbing a bank twice in the same day after he heard on the radio that he missed a hidden safe and all the money hidden in it. They even robbed the bank right next to the police taskforce building. Now thats what I call balls. People interviewed said they were in awe of him and wished they had the balls to do the same. Incredible story.

Not sure if thats such a good idea, commiting a crime and posting it on the internet with actual photographic evidence.
You should be very vague about what you ve done.
Like say youve just graffitied something but not say what or I just stolen something worth X amount of money from a major supermarket.

For those who are uncomfortable breaking the law, how about filling up a trolly full of products that contain MSG or Aspartame as if you were doing a weekly shop. Then push it up to the front door (but not outside) and put a poster on the side saying something like "Aspartame is used as a rat poison - do you still want to buy any of these?"
It might not stay there long - but if a group could target a supermarket 3 or 4 times the message might get through!
POWER TO THE PEOPLE! :-)
If the object hear is to be disobedient why break the law and risk a court apearence. If you have a supermarket picnic, theres no law broken as you havent passed the checkout. The more often you dont get caught, the more times you can do it again. If you do get caught expect to get banned from the shop.

I'm not gonna do it. Not because I give a frak about TPTB but because I don't want any costs from my theft passed on to my fellow human. I might be inclined to bend or break some other inane rule though.

Now THIS is the sort of protest I could go along with. You are stealing nothing and harming nobody. I'm afraid I couldn't steal anything from anybody, as I'd not be able to sleep nights if I did. This has nothing to do with the system....its because I consider myself an honest person with integrity, so my own personal code of conduct would prevent me from stealing under any circumstances, no matter how justifiable it may seem to others.
You have to be true to yourself first right? Also, I'd be no good at stealing, and I have no desire to be caught, arrested, charged with a crime and 'processed' into the criminal justice system either, so the idea this poster has suggested really appeals to me as it falls within the 'harm nobody' way I like to live my life, and it has the added advantage of educating others about the danger of aspartame to their health. :)

playing right into the hands of the people we call the enemy. What message does that give out to middle ground, the people who havent woken up to the agenda, the shop keeper who then associates theft with truthseekers, the employer who links consiracy to people going off sick bl bla bla
There will be plenty of people stealing if there is no food on shelves and who will most run to??the police so the cycle continues. The elite think of everything, understand our make up our thought process, everything has been planned
