no mecury + no flouride = better me

was going to post a while ago saying how i feel no different since stoping flouride intake aspartame and having my mercury filling taken out around this time last year. however i must say that as i look around me i now notice a difference.

my mind seems sharper although i have mercury in gemini anyways. i do feel a difference especially round friends and colleagues at work just more positive and upbeat and not swamped down with sticky negative emotion.

not in an ivory tower and far from perfect ;) would like to know how others feel

Still got fillings ive had since I was a child, so im assuming theres mercury in them. Stopped taking fluoride and aspartam around three years ago, part from the odd occasion, toothpaste, drinks ive drank without realizing. Ive not noticed anything different at all. Didnt drink diet drinks but I used fluoride toothpaste, I feel more positive about not taking these things but nothings really changed that ive noticed.
