View Full Version : I'm confused.....NOU/COR, AFV ....
I keep cross referencing and researching but am still unsure about UK methods in some areas.
Is it possible (has anyone actually done this) to use an AFV stamp with only the NOU/COR as your backup? I mean, obviously one would need to understand a LOT before risking court and such.
Just wondering if this can be done without the UCC-1 and the 1099 and all that. Are these things mandatory to use an afv stamp effectively?
Btw i am a newb so bear with me if I'm missing some crucial point.

imo, A4V is a commercial remedy, so it wouldnt matter if you claimed to be a freeman or not.
if you're in the UK, you shouldnt need to use any US forms. i would recommend you do a lot more research before delving into A4V as it can be a headache if you dont do it right.

The Freeman "movement" in the UK is relatively new; much newer than the journey undertaken in Canada, for example.
The difficulty is compounded by the UK being the home of the deception.
The web of lies was first crafted there; all other "colonies" cloned or replicated the system. However, as with any copies, the duplicate was flawed - if in only the slightest way. It is in the flaws and the duplication errors, no matter how minuscule, that the cracks developed and the remedy was made possible.
It's all in the "attention to detail" of the deceivers.
Hence the cracks appear in Canada, the U.S, Australia, New Zealand to a greater extent than they appear in the UK. The cracks provide the escape route - the remedy. The remedy for those in the UK may not be so obvious.
In short; the UK movement is in its infancy and up against a wall of deception with less cracks.
However, the tide of apathy is turning and the numbers of the awakened are growing exponentially. Water only requires the tiniest of opportunities to break open the strongest of rocks.
It will happen.

If you want to play in their fictional world you will never be party to the full facts. This is why in complex commercial court cases there will be a number of barristers working for a client as it is impossible for a human being to read and understand all of their 'Laws' in a life time.
In a court, justice is always handed to us from other peoples perceptions of what Law is! Just say ' No thanks' and hand it right back.
You do not claim your rights with a piece of paper, you do it by living.
