Quintin Jardine and Dennis Lehane used offensive language on Radio 5 Live at about 4pm, when many children were listening on the drive home from school.

Their discussion about books had been broken off to cut to to a live interview with the Dutch MP Geert Wilder.

Jardine said it was fine as 'w*****s like him need to be given airtime so that people can hear what they are'.

But no sooner than he had finished than Lehane blurted out: 'W***** is such a great word'.

The BBC is full of liberal lefty wankers.

The fact that people still fund the BBC (through the TV Licence) only makes the situation worse.

Exactly. Ive never paid a licence, and i never answer the door unless i know who it is. Ive been sent hundreds of threatening letters. They all say i'll have to pay a £1,000 fine IF i get caught. As if i'd allow them into my home to check. I think i heard recently 94.5% of people pay a tv licence. If you're worried about getting caught, buy a black n white licence.

I think that children should be able to hear all words in a language regardless of there age, because at the end of the day they shouldn't be brainwashed into thinking that any word is wrong to use.

Once a child is old enough to pick up on a word spoken that they have not heard before and persistently enquire as to what it means, they should be at an age where they would then understand what that specific word means if you explained it to them.

I agree with the above. If a word is not to be said, why was it created. Freedom of speech means being allowed to say words we create. Our rulers and their political puppets like to criminalise and moralise certain words that fit their agenda.

You'll oftend get the argument that if you shout fire in a cinema, then thats not using free speech correctly. But if you've ever done a health and safety course, you'll be well aware that people don't respond to something like that unless it comes from an authoritive figure. If people can't smell smoke or see a flame, they wont move a muscle. Take the Bradford City fire disaster, people were burnt before they decided to move from their seats. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BAc_y_O-Z6k&feature=PlayList&p=6B7850135E4544E6&playnext=1&index=2
