i think, i am finding out, why i have had some problems with a lot of new age stuff, and how the world and universe, is suddenly going to be a far better place than ever, and it has to do with that however true, it is that "love is the greatest power", it always sounds as if we humans have to do nothing to get there. this has kindof bothered me lately. it is my experience, from my own personal journey, that without an inner transformation, or clarity even, then nothing will change for the better. i think that waht could be going on, is that some people, are interested in keeping the masses very passive and numb even, and this could be done, by telling them "everything will be alright" and "we will have universal peace", but without any personal effort. imv, the difference between a drug and genuine love, is that a drug gives you a HIGH, but no personal transformation, whereas true love, is something that comes as a result of working through your issues, and having a personal change and transformation taking place within you.
i am not judging people who are very apt on improving their livies by spiritual means, classes, seminars and such, but i am aware that nothing lasting comes without an continual effort, more like the one done during a marathon run. certain things just have to be endured, until their very end, and is imv, simply part of the human experience. i donīt believe we are in a 100 m dash.
