View Full Version : Listen to my false prophecy.

Listening to particularly annoying "prophets" today (in particular the obnoxious Steven Deagle), I decided it would be incredibly easy to make up a false prophecy about the upcoming "end of the world."

First, don't get me wrong, I think some things are probably going to happen because of all the energy that's been stirred up in the human imagination. I think these things do tend to happen cyclically, and 2012 is supposed to be the end of a major cycle. We'll see if anything happens but I feel like something might. And I think people can have legitimate dreams that pertain to the future.

However.

There are a lot of fraudulent assholes running around the world right now making money off of complete bullshit. You can't always tell who is lying, but sometimes you can tell. I won't name names (not anymore, anyway) because I am always willing to allow for the fact that I may be wrong, but by observing the behavior of the person explaining the prophecy as they do so - particularly during interviews - you can tell they are lying by the way that they control themselves during the conversation. Those who constantly interrupt and treat the interviewer as not important are usually lying. I guess that's beside the point. Remember, this is fake.

OMG I HAD A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE LAST NIGHT!

I remember I was staring at the moon, and suddenly a glint came off of the side. I stared at it for a moment and then I was somewhere else. The moon was blood red and it was daytime, but the sky was also red. I remember feeling extreme horror, and I wasn't sure what was going on. I was in a major city, it could have been Los Angeles or New York, and I smelled burning flesh. I looked around and there were bodies everywhere. Suddenly people started running toward me trampling over each other. They looked emaciated and poisoned, and then in the distance I saw a glint in the sky similar to the one I saw at the beginning of the dream. These people ran right through me and I stared up at the glint as it came closer and closer, and I realized it was a bomb.

---

Blah blah blah you get the point. Anyone with even a remote sense of dishonesty could lie and make that sound real. ESPECIALLY if they are going to get attention and money from this lie, or be viewed as a "visionary."

Another way I can tell who is full of shit is by listening to them take the credit for their accurate predictions. This is great because most of their predictions they ADMIT are based on insider info! I guess I'm referring here to some of the people I hear on Alex Jones' show all the time.

So the point of this post is, I think we are all far too gullible when it comes to believing most of these people who claim to have visions. Some of them are telling the truth, of that there is no doubt. But all of these apocalypse salesmen? I smell something fishy.

EDIT: Yes, I know the plans of the population controllers. Just because the plans are in place does not guarantee success. I don't think things are going as planned or else we could have expected World War III to kick off on 8/8/8.

You should present it as a poem and make it more vague, all the best ones are vague.:)

You mean like Nostradamus?

I'll make sure my prophecy happens... by rephrasing it.

"and in the great city
there will be fire
rending asunder the children
the sky will be filled with darkness
and smoke
panic and terror will prevail"

There we go. It'll happen somewhere eventually, and then I can take credit for predicting it.

Excellent....

Here's another one for you collected works:

"And in the seventh month,
Great Babylon will shake.
Her rivers poisoned and her,
cities burned.
While in the skies above,
Hoopoe circle."

In the seventh month of what? I guess someone can always fill in the blanks with these prophecies as necessary.

Let's all create vague prophecies!

Here's my prophetic poem:

The water will come.
To ravage, to drown to destroy.
Innocent screams are muted, salted,
Silent.
As the splinters of wreckage become scaffold
For the new dawn

That's great, it could apply to any tsunami, monsoon or hurricane~

We are going for full spectrum dominance with these prophecies - we want them to be applicable to multiple random occurrences!

maybe this is actually the REAL prophecy, but your jaded ego which has chosen to interpret/dismiss it as a fake?

Who knows, maybe. But I don't believe Steven Deagle is sincere, regardless.

The great beast beneath the earth
Turns over and disturbs the firmament.
Great mouths open all over
And the children of the light fall in, wailing.
All it wanted was a sandwich.

^^ We'd better start making the hundred mile-long hoagie in order to sate the great beast's hunger.

In the time of the great elevens many a soul sought out the heavens...
Angels harmonised Cheek to Cheek, a requiem for the mass’ so pure and meek.
A holy line gone, no-more to be and monuments of stone mourn destiny.
Vessels of space splintered with grace while bodies of water unite in waste.
Ancient lands shattered and drained of blood, forests vanquished and replaced with mud.
This is what is and what was…No more guff…No more gloss…But Peace on Earth with all thy Luv…:)

"In times of despair, the false prophet will be recognised,
as having a best friend Harry, who has a brother Larry,
In five days from his recognission he's gonna marry,
He's hopin you can make it there if you can,
'Cause in the ceremony you'll be the best man,
You say "neato"... check your libido,
which is when the earth will shake."

Now this is a story all about how my
Life got flipped turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there
I'll tell you how I become the prince of a town called Bel-Air
In West Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground is where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin', all cool
And all shootin' some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys, who were up to no good
Started makin' trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
And said, "You're movin' with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air.
