The Pentagon maintains that UFOs are adverse optical phenomena...

My primary goal is to reproduce antigravity.
Otis Carr claimed to be the protege of Nikola Tesla. He stated that "any vehicle accelerated towards an axis compared to its inertial mass of attraction becomes immediately activated by the energy of space and acts like an independent force." Carr's stated that a gyroscope placed in a vacuum and spun with high speed made objects around it levitate. Carr's flying saucer was two spinning plates rotating in different directions. This is exactly what people now call the "Searl Effect." The SEG is very similar to Otis Carr's machine...
The second theory is that you can levitate anything with electricity. Our universe is made of atoms. So wherever there are electrons, your machine will fly. "fly" is really not the right word. we should say swim. I understood this by listening to abductees. They claimed that the spaceships were shooting charges to create a sort of field around the craft. An inventor by the name of Major De Seversky built what he called an "ionocraft." He accomplished this by ionizing the craft, which will become weightless (video on Youtube). The same concept is applied to what now people call the "Lifter."( there are some videos on Youtube).
