Place your hands flat on top of a table. Feel every skin cell and devoute every iota of consciousness and attention on the feeling of your hands contacting that table. Let the feeling of your hands in this position burn into your mind.

Quickly switch your hands under the table. Open your eyes.

Repeat.

While doing this process, close your eyes and feel your hands in place - repeat the mantra 'No-time'. The stronger you repeat and imprint the feeling of keeping your hands in the place, the greater the effect of opening your eyes after moving them under the table.

While switching your hands under the table you must not think or be conscious of the act - we call this the 'close your eyes and turn around' technique of magic as kids :D

It is in fact my self invented method of practice to dissolve the feeling of time.

There is no passing of time between my hands on top of the table and under, there is no time. Time is a method of my physical and mental capacities. This method is flimsy. It bases itself upon steady measurement. I am not a clock - I will not provide steady measurement, I therefore bend time mentally by ignoring the passage of time.

This is insane, I know. When I move my hands under the table I still feel them on top of the table as if they are literally un-moved. When I open my eyes I have projected through time and see my hands under the table. My mental mechanism for time measurement isn't designed for this kind of dis-belief and suddenly I find myself feeling like I am in full control of time. This reveals to me that the 4th dimension is most definitely an object worth manipulating from the 3rd dimension. It is not beyond our control whatsoever to overcome time - we cannot stop time for others, only ourselves, it's through a form of de-constructive hypnosis. We've all been mass hypnotized by gregorian and natural cycles of time to begin with, have we not? :)

Using the hands-table method of time-disbelief, I am now able to sit and find myself in the last 30 seconds... then shooting back to the present. This involves complete conviction and self-belief, I do in fact feel myself going through time. This can only be accomplished while acknowledging that time itself is an illusion, a stack of pages in the mind which can be flipped through at will. If you discard the writing of certain pages and flip from page 33 to 44 you might see the process that 'they've' been using on us ;) Overcome it like Neo in the Matrix. Time is the matrix.

It's quite eerie once experienced fully. Hope someone else understands the concept and might explain it better.

I must stress the fact that there really is no time... this isn't a trick to make you believe you've actually put your hands through the table :p

This is a technique I use to reveal to myself that I am the same moment - hands on top, and hands beneath the table.

This is what time travel is all about.

You ARE the same moment right now, the same moment when you were a child. It's right now... It's not in the past really... and nothing is in the future. There is no difference between you right now and you right... now. Just then. No difference. Remember when you entered this thread? That was you... right now. Not you a minute ago. You right now.

Remember when you had your hands on top of the table the first time and you're like 'This is retarded.' That was you right NOW. Not you 10 minutes ago. You are that right now. Close your eyes and feel it, your hands are still on the table. There is no time.

The trick is to feel yourself back in the moment, feel that you are physically and literally back in time. It's not difficult. And it is startling to realize that you felt no time passage at certain points.

It's a form of self induced cryogenic hybernation!! Or something totally similar.

I'm sure I could build the 'no-time' effect to a full minute or more. Perhaps it's possible to see past a day? Or a month? Or see past all time and forever?

Sometimes when I stand up from a meditation I feel I am in the same moment as when I sat down... I think putting the mind in any mode of disbelief with time will allow it to transcend time! Meditation does this and so does self-hypnosis which is admittedly the technique I use here.

Self-hypnosis or self-conviction is a powerful form of suggestion far more than being subconsciously affected or hypnotized by others... in fact you could say self-hynposis is a form of holy communion with reality and hypnosis by others is a form of evil 'magic'... that seems to be a theme in this world.

We are hypnotized to believe time exists, we can easily transcend it by self conviction, prayer, meditation, and just plain acknowledging 'no-time'. No-time is reality... the planet sees in geological time which is far beyond our comprehension but even that belongs to no-time :) No-time is a perceivable thing... it's the moment.
