Freedom is precious , especially freedom of speech and movement. Massive restrictions are being put in place to deny both. ive caught the ss snoopers and council tampering with my private mail....any idea anyone what charges i can present to them tomorrow morning....time to face the traitors and fuck them right back cos they persecute the wrong person....dirty dogs that they are....im not afraid cos they are so stupid getting caught out....:D

You'd need to check this out, because it's a long time since I studied any law, but it used to be the case that until mail lands in the hands of the addressee, it's said to be the property of the Queen. That being the case, anyone tampering is guilty of an offence against the Crown.

Do Google that though, because I'd really hate to misadvise you.

The UK is run by marxists, communists, socialist, (and the rest) scum. They don't even need to hide it because they know the Police/Army will now protect (through violence) them in case the truth get's out.

Interfering with mail - Postal Services Act 2000 Section 84

Triable Summarily (Magistrates court)
6 Months and or a fine (Max)

A person commits an offence if they without reasonable excuse intentionally delay or open a postal packet in the course of transmission by post or intentionally opens a mail bag.

A person commits an offence if, intending to act to a person's detriment and without reasonable excuse, opens a postal packet which they know or suspect to have been delivered incorrectly.

If you work for the Post service you could commit other offences under Section 83 triable either way (Magistrates or Crown court) and get a sentence of 2 years and or a fine.

thank you gilly good stuff....i got them on interfering with mail...some mail is getting through but certain ones not...ive got written proof from one company telling me what was written on back....*gone away*....dont that seem strange....could be a threat even...and another from benefits person who i know....enough is enough....dont you think..........:D
