View Full Version : something in the sky now
Just spent ten minutes outside looking at the brightest thing I have ever seen in the sky. It's also bigger than anything else, incredibely bright and sometimes seems to look trinangular in shape. It's not moved at all and was wondering if anyone else can see it now it must be natural. I'm in the North of Scotland and it can be seen looking Soth West. Let me know if you see anything.

Last friday night (6/2/2009) at around 2 a.m. my housemate and I watched what we thought was a star, the star then seemed to change its appearance. What started as one star began to look like three, with what appeared to be a light on the top and bottom of the star itself. After staring a while longer the star turned into a red triangle (just the outline) with a white tail coming out the lowest side opposite the top angle.
It got totally weird when we began to see the same shapes/stars at different locations in the sky. I counted about 4 or 5 of them. From where I was standing a large portion of the view of the sky was obscured so there may have been more!
I rang a mate who lives down the road and asked him to go out and instructed him where to look. He saw exactly the same thing, only he was able to see another smaller triangle in the larger triangle. (He's a little more awake than my friend and I.)
Whilst this was happening I couldnt help but feel there was some kind of transmission or communication taking place. This was confirmed as I laid down to go to sleep, not only for me but also for my housemate and the friend I had called. As I was going to sleep I saw many geometric patterns, one segment of the pattern lit itself up in a shade of light blue/cyan and moved into what would be my direct vision if I had my eyes open. The pattern consisted entirely of hexagons. My housemate had a similar experience, but with different shapes etc, and my friend down the road saw pink and orange flames in his third eye.
I've gazed at the stars every night since but have not seen the triangles since friday. I'm no astronomer or stargazer but I dont believe we were looking at Venus (the main reason I didnt post in the above threads) and even if we were that doesnt explain the fact that these red triangles with white tails were in different positions throughout the sky.
I'm east of Melbourne in Australia so if any other locals saw anything similar please speak up!!!

I had a dream over and over as a child:
After a great bear fell from the moon, a big ball from the sky would come slowly bigger and bigger and bigger. I was afraid it would roll over me.
Just reminds me of this. Each night in the sky I see a bright thing I assume to be a satelite. I think that because it is far brighter than anything else.
