Hi guys
Just watched Hostel 2 to see what all the fuss is about. Its one of them movies where everybody is quiet when you are walking out the cinema afterwards.:(
Bloody damn depressing. (it was like that after the War of the Worlds remake)
It is a very sadistic and pointless movie. But it ties in with alot of what david speaks about in the biggest secret in a way. The elite or rich people murdering cos they simply can.
This film is VERY Satanic and the scene where a woman gets hacked and blooded to death with a sickle has SATANIC ritual all over it.
Tarantino IS a satanist, do your research.
Overall this film is not the most gory or sadistic i have seen but its not nice. Wait for the DVD if you want to see it for your research

no thanks. I've seen Hills Have Eyes and that was way too gory for me. I like a good horror movie, but I don't like that gory stuff when people get their heads chopped off, etc. just too sick for my blood.

I saw an Aussie film called Wolf Creek. I almost tuned it off half way. I regret watching it and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Even critics were pretty shocked by it.
I like some Horror. Shaun Of The Dead, Evil Dead.

i figured out that blood, gore and violence is a method of control, as written in
Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars
watching such horrible movies is mental and emotional rape
DIVERSION, THE PRIMARY STRATEGY
Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand.
This is achieved by:
(1) disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity.
(2) engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by:
(a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of a constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media -- especially the T.V. and the newspapers.
(b) giving them what they desire -- in excess -- "junk food for thought" -- and depriving them of what they really need.
(3) rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities.
These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology.
The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions.

Eli Roth is an idiot. Tarrantino hasn't done anything worth watching in 10 years, I'd only watch Hostel 2 if it was a snuff movie featuring everyone involved in making hotsel 1.

I was gonna see Hostel 2 with a friend, but decided to put it off when there were a lotta bad reviews. So I'm just waiting for a bootleg copy.
Hostel 1 was pretty decent though. The ending was a killer!

Shouted a friend to a movie and it was his choice.....
Much to my dismay he chose this film......
Disgusting, Dispicable, Delluded comes to mind......this movie was horrible and I agree that the first death scene had satanic ritual written all over it.......the woman who was portraying the killer had a rather malicious look about her also......King is right movies like this are tearing us up from the inside out........
Power to the peaceful.

haven't seen Hostel 2 yet, didn't care for the first one...i thought it was kind of an interesting idea, a movie about the rich elite and their torture/murder rings...but the movie just seemed to focus on the violence over the story, and i didn't really care about any of the characters...i heard they tried to come up with a better script and characters for part 2, and truth to this?
blood and gore are part of the interconnectivity of life and i don't mind them in movies if there is a point to it...i liked the first two Saw movies (by the third one it was just getting old) because i was actually interested in the characters and the "survival" aspect to the story.
i do suspect that there is a good deal of cultural programming going on with the hyped up sex and violence imagery everywhere, but i just try to take it on my experience of the movie, if it's a worthwile story, and the violence is part of the story (as it is unfortuately part of almost everyone's story here in the 3rd dimension) i think it can be effective in a positive way.
