i think that this is one of the most important issues that we need to address -- our own wellness.

I think that PTBs are using our beliefs and our health imbalance against us, they love for us to be unhealthy, depressed and to feel powerless.

the bodymind is indeed a feedback loop, imv. these are good insights. when i am in pain about my health, my finances, my family, it's really difficult for me to feel inner peace or find a connection to oneness (maslow's hierarchy of needs). these conditions are cultivated for precisely that reason.

plus, there's not much money in wellness, but a shitload in sickness.

i have always found it interesting that 3 out of 5 people will just not change their lifestyle after a heart attack, and kind of doom themselves to a repeat.

it's also interesting to me that there was a much-ballyhooed story in the corporate press within the last year that prayer does NOT influence healing.

thanks for the post.

Yes, they want to turn us into vegetarians, then into vegans, and into raw food. Then they will invent all sorts of synthetic crap such as Spirulina. They promote organic but as you should know by now organic veg is nutrient deficient as can be seen by looking at the difference in size. Then they will convince you that natural means harmless and not notify you that many toxic and harmful chemicals can also be contained in some plants. They will seek out the ones with the chemicals they find useful such as ones that are psychoactive and then peddle them as the latest new age craze. Brain damage can only be a new age diet away. Oh and they tell you salt is bad but did you know salt is essential for the operation of nerve cells and brain cells are a kind of nerve cell.

The mind to body and body to mind connection is very important to get a grip on I think, but the video was focusing too much on external things for my taste.

One step that was missing in the video was this: there are actually three (at least) aspects involved: (1) mind to body, (2) mind to the external world, and (3) the physical body itself. The risk with focusing too much on aspect 2, such as vitamin B12, exercise, nutrition, lifestyle and mercury problems is that the DIRECT body-awareness is then lost or severely diminished. Focusing on external things is actually only an indirect body to mind connection, and instead it is a direct mind to mind connection. By keeping people trapped in mind to mind connections, people remain looking for external things to help them and they become an easy pray for all sorts of manipulators.

P.S. Taking multivitamins, as recommended in the video, leads, in men, to an increase of prostate cancer, scientific studies have shown.
