View Full Version : Ramtha school of enlightenment
I was wondering what peoples thoughts are on JZ Knight and Ramtha, the Lemurian who channels through her...
I personally think she talks a lot of sense, but something about her don't seem quite right...Or maybe its just when Ramtha is channeling through her, it makes her sound odd...

JZ Knight makes a lot of money from 'Ramtha', and even took somebody to court who claimed to be channelling from the same source. Whatever credibility she may have had once upon a time, her chanelling now is impossible to prove as anything more than good acting, or potentially multiple-personality syndrome with Ramtha as an altar. Knight was taken seriously in her youth because of her 'good looks' (I can't stand her) whereas a fat balding old git trying the same trick would have been laughed at.
The whole 'Ramtha' debacle ruined 'What the Beep' and stole heavily from the integrity of the film. I still haven't found a single 'channel' that I have any kind of faith in, I think they've all tapped into the same lie. When it comes to David Icke, I thought his style was best; no bullshit just the facts and figures for us to research further ourselves. Why do we think that words have more meaning if they come from angels, or aliens, or inter-dimensional llama people? Why can't we accept that this knowledge already resides within us, and that we ourselves are enough to get our message across?

anyone can talk a lot of sense. she talks a lot of sense pretending to be channeling some ancient spirit and makes a fortune from it, like the tv evangelists who channel the holy spirit and make a fortune too. some people are stupid and some people are more stupid and this friction between them creates fortunes.

Whoops ........ I bought the books but didn't really get started on them yet !! ....... Must admit that something didn't quite grab me as being totally sincere about the presentation .. I don't think I would have bought them if I had seen them on bookshelf first ... But! I will give them a read sometime !
I think with a lot of these books and people there are threads of the truth and it cannot do harm to read a cross section of them and see which threads are common to all ..... As always one's intuition will lead one to the truth once we can learn to listen to it .........
My intuitive ears though are still pretty clogged with RF and fluouride wax ( Take a look at the Da Pineal Gland thread ) I would be interested in what all of you have to think on that .. because it seems to me like we are being fucked!
Ive downloaded some of her audio stuff from torrents, listened to a couple so far, and I got to be honest, She has got some good stuff to say... Just wish there wasn't all this Ramtha stuff, just JZ knight herself....

It IS just JZ herself whichever way you want to look at it. Either she's faking or Ramtha is the name she has given to her higher self, in order to better make sense of and relate to it.
I've personally never heard anything of JZ other than in the film What the Bleep Do We Know, so can't comment on the info she presents, but as with everything you just have to use your own discernment. She could be spot on, genuine and completely trustworthy. Or she could be knowingly misleading, for the purposes of gaining fame and fortune. Or she could have MPD or somesuch. Whichever, you cannot denounce the information just because she's made a tidy sum of money from it - that's just incidental. She could be faking, she could be genuine - how could it be proved either way?
I generally distrust channelled information, as mostly it just doesn't feel right to me. Anyone offering a "school of enlightenment" raises my eyebrows too. You don't need a school or a guru to be enlightened, and any teacher worthy of the name would say the same. But there are plenty of gurus willing to relieve people of their money, and more than enough students willing to give it. Everyone gets what they want, which is just fine by me.

This is on my "to do" list - to read the material.
I know people (that I would trust with my life) have learnt a lot on how to tap into their own healing abilities through the Ramtha material - and since I know their healing actually works, I am eager to scrutinise the source of their inspiration. Since I network with healers globally this reading material is a matter of routine for me- and many of the healers I am in contact with have in fact never heard of Ramtha so my conclusion is this (so far):
Energies are without name or ownership. Their fruit is their proof. Any old housewife can claim anything - if they are in it for the money for example it will surface.
Healing energies are available to anyone asking for them or asking to be able to transfer them - so are the destructive forces. People have a tendancy to become corrupt - so multiple healers and sources is what I would recommend anyone looking for hidden wisdom and healing by practitioners of the esoteric sciences.
I know nothing about people "following" Ramtha for their own selfish gain.
I have to agree with you on most parts there... I cant find anything in her messages other than good honest information, yes, it does seem quite expensive at first glance to attend one of her schools.....but, its about £700, and if you come away from there having learnt such a lot in a short space of time, then, maybe its not so bad....

That seems complicated mate.
Good will - good intentions - love - truth and honesty - as far as I know all of that is available for free.
In my view, if we sort out our own reasons for doing something and aim to be as honest as possible in our approaches to other people we wish well, and are careful not to approach others if we feel we are doing it for selfish reasons, we are very powerful already.
I think that is a lot of money for something available for free.
ETA: Did a double take there at first. The steps and techniques is what is shared in the courses then I presume?
I am doing another course at the moment which costs money too - it is about the energetic nature of our bodies and the manipulation done to us re: dna and how to correct it.
I think I should not hold any opinion about Knight or Ramtha until I have actually read the material. Very sorry I spoke before I thought.

He's very high up in the Malta aristocracy thing, 2tuff would probably wet his pants. So I simply wanted a second opinion before I get invited over to his place or whatever, since he did offer.

I personally think she talks a lot of sense, but something about her don't seem quite right...Or maybe its just when Ramtha is channeling through her, it makes her sound odd...
I say don't trust that shit.
Read the following quote from this site:
http://www.religiouscounterfeits.org/channel.htm
And especially read the red bolded text.
RAMTHA- CHANNELED BY J.Z.KNIGHT
In a small town called Yelm, Washington there was a housewife by the name of J.Z. Knight, who is a pretty honey-blonde 40 year old woman... someone you wouldn't expect to be channeling a supposedly 35,000 year old Spirit named Ramtha.
Ramtha, who calls himself "The Enlightened One" is said to be one of those Ascended Masters who have evolved into a God. Speaking through J.Z. Knight, Ramtha said:
"I am a sovereign entity who lived a long time ago upon Earth. In that life I did not die: I ascended, for I learned to harness the power of my mind and to take my body with me into an unseen dimension of life. I am now a part of an unseen brotherhood who love mankind greatly. We are your brothers who hear your prayers and your meditations and observe your movements to and fro.
All of you are very important and precious to us, because the life that flows through you and the thought that is coming to every one of you however you entertain it, is the intelligence and the life-force that you have termed God. It is the essence that connects all of us, not only to those upon your plane, but to those in untold universes which you have not yet the eyes to see.
Throughout history, we have tried many different avenues to remind you of your greatness, your power, and the foreverness of your life. We have been king, conquerer, crucified Christ, teacher, friend, philosopher- anything that would permit knowledge to occur. At times we have intervened in your affairs to keep you from annihilating yourselves, so that life here would continue to provide a playground for your experiences and your evolution into joy." -Ramtha, Channeled by J.Z. Knight, as reported in New Age Catalog, pg. 5
This Spirit Being had come to J.Z. Knight, as a result of her fooling around with occult things. She and her husband had been dabbling with Pyramid Power. According to New Agers, pyramids and triangles are believed to possess certain special powers. Some wear miniature pyramid around their necks to bring positive energy forces into their bodies. Others make paper or cardboard pyramids and place them near foodstuffs, believing them to have preservative powers.
It was while J..Z. Knight and her husband were making paper pyramids to put in their kitchen cupboards to preserve food that the demon-spirit Ramtha appeared in their kitchen as a "huge being of light". Please understand that in nearly every case- these "Spirit Beings" come because someone is dabbling in Occultism. In commenting upon the demon-possessed man that Jesus had healed, Christian Writer, Ellen White said:
"He had placed himself on the enemy's ground, and Satan had taken possession of all his faculties. The tempter had allured him with many charming presentations; but when once the wretched man was in his power, the fiend became relentless in his cruelty, and terrible in his visitations. So it will be with all who yield to evil; the fascinating pleasure of their early career ends in the darkness of despair or the madness of a ruined soul." -Desire of Ages, pg. 253.
This is why All Christians who are in any way getting involved in Occult techniques such as Visualization, Eastern Meditation, Relaxation techniques, mood-altering music, Whole Brain Learning, or any of the other New Age practices, need to wake up and remove their feet from off of Satan's territory, because by doing those things, you are virtually inviting demon control!
Now, getting back to J.Z. Knight and her initial encounter with Ramtha. The Spirit Entity Ramtha promised this housewife that he would be her guide on her journey to 'Becoming a God.' He also promised to use her as a channel of blessing to the world. And now, he even channels his 'ancient wisdom' through her in seminars, and has even done this on National Television. Ramtha the Spirit Entity is also known as The Ram. The Ram is also known as the goat, which has long been a symbol of Satan. "The Ram" announced, through J.Z. Knight that "In the seed of Lucifer lies God and demons".
Before J.Z. Knight had been taken over by "Ramtha" -according to one of her High School former Classmates, Sandy Fallis, Knight was once at a Christian Prayer Meeting and she suddenly began speaking in a strange male voice, who identified itself as a demon named Demias, said Fallis in a segment of ABC's television show 20/20. She was holding her neck, according to Sandy Fallis, and saying "I can't breathe!" and at that point the male voice broke out again and said, "You want this body and you can't have it!" J.Z. Knight denies this incident ever occurred, however.
When J.Z. Knight was once on television being interviewed, she entered a trance, in order for the entity Ramtha to be channeled through her. She became very still and began to breathe deeply (which is an Eastern Meditation Occult technique). She then contorted, tossed her head around as if being animated like a puppet, and then strange growling sounds were heard, as she began to be transformed into Ramtha. She stood erect, and acted like a marionette with jerking motions. Everybody in the audience sat spellbound, as if hanging upon every word that Ramtha uttered. They seemed to see it as a "Message from God".
J.Z. Knight now travels from city to city, typically introducing Ramtha by entering, into an altered state of consciousness, beginning to shake, and then suddenly going limp. Ramtha then manifests himself through her and starts spouting off his typical New Age "wisdom", that the audience has paid large amounts of money to hear. The message usually revolves around the idea that we are all Gods, and that even Lucifer is "Divine". Knight now lives in Yelm, Washington, and scores of followers flock there to this farming community of about 1,400 people 55 miles south of Seattle to be close to Ramtha the Spirit Guide. She even has a following among Hollywood's elite, including Linda Evans, from the T.V. Show Dynasty. One published report claims that Evans has already bought a $1.5 million home about a thirty minute drive from J.Z. Knight's residence.
Sure, this is geared mainly towards Christians and you may believe this to be Christian propaganda if you want, but my take is that the author did his/her research and listened to this Ramtha's speeches and maybe read J.Z. Knight's books.

i read bringers of the dawn back in 95. i believe they sent a p.r. ad man. ;)
kind of as a sidebar, there was a lot of 'bringers' in the movie "the last mimzy". don't know if anyone else caught that or not.

Thirdwave, I agree with you to a certain extent, but Knight is not 'making a living', she is greedy and she bleeds people dry in exchange for nothing but words they have access to for free elsewhere. She's an attention seeker and a con artist; and whatever she is channeling is either just as greedy and corrupt as her, is her distorted higher self, or is just a pure figment of her imagination. She fact that she preaches about the 'beauty in all of us' and then spends a fortune on surgery just highlights the problem with this woman. She's a mess. I really wouldn't waste your time.
A few years ago a friend went to see an old medium who lived a modest life in a flat by himself. Despite this he agrees to contact spirits for free, and his messages are clear, concise and accurate. He doesn't desire fame or money, only to make people's lives better. People who truly possess these gifts don't clamor for fame or money, they do it purely to help others. Icke was famous (and wealthy) beforehand but sacrificed his credibility and notoriety in exchange for providing crucial information for others. He is the right kind of example. JZ Knight really, really isn't.
I didnt know she had surgery, makes me look at her in a totally different light.....

Point taken Teminus .... I just hate that sanctimonious twaddle that some of those people spout!
I would certainly like to know more about these bogus New Agers and demonic presences that Viginti and Baron have knowledge about.
Well Viginti Tres himself has met many such people in his life. The town he lives in has a pretty big New Age and occult presence and according to him, it has the highest suicide rate in Australia, and perhaps among the highest in the world. And from my conversations with him about this, I can conclude that much of this rate is due to influence by the occult and NA presence. Viginti himself sought out help from these people and it appears that they did nothing but turn him into a magnet for demonic entities and negative energies, which made him so spiritually devastated, he even contemplated suicide. This was until he sought help from a certain spiritual woman who was unlike the rest of those so-called lightworkers he met.
As for Baron, well he has done alot of investigation into the New Age and occult scene in his town and from what he has observed so far it appears to be for the most part, made up of a clusterfuck of wierd, crazy, and confused people. He has even seen people who have been possessed by demonic entities as well as certain people he suspects to be working for the system. And according to him, this all contrasts with the rest of the non-NA/occultic population of the town which for the most part are people who lead normal lives.
I can't tell you everything, so you need to do your research by talking to them and reading their previous posts. Both are such good people and the conspiracy movement needs more witnesses like them, especially Viginti since throughout his life, he has had many encounters with the paranormal and lived to tell about it.

"possession" and "obsession" kind of works the same way as if it is the same thing, so we'd better watch out for our mind and thoughts and not let ourselves get distracted, because by distraction we are being manipulated without realization.
there are no authentic 'psychics' that you can pay to tell your fortune or communicate with spirits. these people are frauds, they understand how people think and they can convince you they have access to the spirit world by telling you true things about your life. however they tell a lot about your life, of which 20% may be true, but if you believe, you are only going to remember that 20%, so you will leave believing that they were 90% to 100% correct, which is simply not true.
the average human gets too easily fascinated that he/she exaggerates whatever it is they are fascinated about. the result is that they leave all the rest of the data out of the picture as if 'non important'.
for example, lets say you go to visit a psychic. since you do that, it is highly possible that you are trying to communicate with someone who has passed. the "psychic" already knows this possibility, basically from experience. then by asking the right "phishing" questions and by being perceptive, they can easily put together all the pieces based on your answers and body language and come up with what you wanted to hear in the first place. you are not going to notice the technique, because you are being too distracted by your own emotions, believing the unbelievable, because you want to believe it, because this is the reason you went there. if you are too skeptical, chances are that the 'psychic' will be wrong all the time and then tell you that you are not relaxed or open enough and that you bring resistance and that it is very difficult to establish communication. that's total bullshit, you're just not co-operating to complete the scam, there's no reason for you to be relaxed and focused, they need this so you can be manipulated. they want you to have your mind clear of thoughts, so they can get a fresh stream of thought going.
so, what do you think channeling is... i think it is the fuckin easiest thing in the world. hell, i can do it and make a fortune, only by using my mind to deceive the naive and desperate! did you know that psychic readings and channeling is the easiest job in the world?
