this is a song im working on, and a version hopefully is gunna have forum member stikmata from prominent sons on it.
i might be dissapearin up my own arse here, but's it's gunna be hot!!! :D
the beat is gunna be the "funky beat" on my myspace.

ive spent over a decade of my life in and around recording studios, playin live gigs, touring with bands, organising sound systems and all the likes. and every time a coconut theres always a BEDROOM STAR.

get off your arse, learn an instrument, take some vocal lessons, learn how to use your voice, learn mic technique. and put some effort into yourself.

then maybe oneday you will be able to goto the studio.
tell you what no one likes listening to crackly sht quality of your bedroom mic mixed down on your cool DIGITAL BEDROOM studio.

There was a thread on another forum where they were doing some freestyle rap. It was cool but then they started getting into race. So I wanted to add in my dos pesos. And if you know rap then you know it's mostly egotistical so I added in some of that for flavor. I kind of wanted to show they could go to another level. Anyway, I offer it here just to show the contrast. You should be able to pick up what was being said that this was in response to.



It's sad that your rhymes can only diss

and all the deturents in the world shouldnt stop you. i know ive had my share. and i can see it now. they are ment to expose if you can handle it or whatever u know like. fair enough everyones gotta start somewhere. but the most ridicule will come at the start weather it be shitty recordings or half arsed songs you thought were great. later in your endeavours you will look back and laugh but hey those are part of the things that get you to where you going.

keep the soul, put the feeling into it man and it will manifest out from it. and the message might be shallow it might be complex. but the feeling will always bee there. thats why i was ranting about CAPTURING music int he moment. instead of manufacturing it.

also a word of warning. dont get involved with producers etc at studios. you will end up like a puppet saying things and singing things that isnt your own material. that would suck!
