A New Earth, by Eckhart Tolle

I find this book even better than The Power of Now. Great practical advise on how to weaken the ego's hold over you. Anyone else read it and would care to discuss?

Yes, I agree. The Power of Now is really good too but I think A New Earth is maybe more clear and accessible.

Eckhart Tolle is the real thing. I first came across one of his talks on DVD back in January and from the moment I watched it I felt something happening to me. I later recognised it as the Presence he speaks of. Now, whenever I put on his DVDs, CDs or read the books, I go deeply into that same state. His teaching goes way beyond the words and intelluctual level.
