when dose nuclear wepon come to use?

this question is for USA. well i gues when americans atack some country and civilians started to kill americans solders. i think the america will use nuclear power. this could hapen quiete fast. maby 3 years? yust look how thinks are going. people are afraid to lose their yobs. some of them already lose the yob. and now there is litle chance to get a new yob.
if you would ask 6 monts ago someon if this can hapen what is hapening now what would be his anser? get a life. ewerything is going wrong.... political finacial and environment disasters. my worst wory is that obama yust cant do anythink. he is 20 years late. or more. after. world war 2 they didnt do mutch to prevent the world war 3. the main reasons for world war is 5 manipulated people work for 1 that enyoy in ewerything on theirs acount. adolf hitler yust woned to be not in a groop of this 5 he wond to be the nubers 6. like thy own us!!! well we will se if that is true. but they have nuclear power that is miss used. that situation reminds me of the train that somebody is stopping it. what do you think? masive protestings already started in onther countries.

Nukes against citizens? Or military forces?

I dont think any nukes will be used against citizens of the same country, unless there is absolutely no hope that the PTB can win. Thus, they will make sure the public does not win either, IF they were able to use the nukes. I would suspect that if there was no way the PTB could win, that would mean they did not have the military under their control any longer, thus they would not have control of the nukes, or at least, not ready access to them.

I also dont see nukes being used on another country. There are still far more than enough nukes in the world for a MAD situation to play out. Only if there was no hope of victory, would TPTB use nuclear weapons.

well i yust say. if american foces somevere in afganistan was kiled by civilians. i think they would use nuclear power. but ordinary civilians do not resist masivly. what would hapen if all this people become terorists?
