Then...when i started to open my eyes of what the world is I really understood what 2pac was talking about. East-West coast rap war was just an invention...and 2pac was saying that all those rappers like Jay-z and Nas were just sold bitches, sold to the devil in change with money and fame.

yeah I wounder what effect some of the negative words have on our subconscious especially as some of these artist are portrayed as "heroes" and people we "trust" and like hmmm and obviously the songs are repeat a lot, I keep having turn of the music channels off as they repeat so often, I even flip the channel and the same song on the other channel !!!!!

I often dig my tapes and cds play them instead and mix what I listen to.

i wonder if notorious B.I.G was killed for the same reason, to make it look like some kind of coastal war in the rap industry; even then, i think 2pac was much more enlightened than biggie.

when you look at nas, jay z and diddy it all comes together as to why 2pac constantly spoke out against them. jay z and diddy are now 'hip hop moguls', always pushing their sh*t into the mainstream.

I've wondered this as well. He seemed to have sold out in a major way. If you listen to NWA earlier stuff, it has a certain passion that was lost in a big way... and he seemed to get more and more friendly to the establishment.

I tend to say... take a look at the budget. If it seems a bit far fetched, it's probably a good indication that a deal of some sort is in the works.
