The BBC News is supposedly there to give an impartial view of the events in the world. Clearly it is not doing that.
Fair and balanced news reporting would obviously go against the NWO agenda. So for that very reason, I would say that the PTB would prefer that the BBC no longer existed.
It would mean that the PTB would need to make sure that the people are unaware of the BBC bias towards the NWO agenda. However, if they are unable to convince the people that they are impartial, then this could create massive friction and a unified people who are against the BBC and it's licence fee. Can the PTB risk that happening ?
I feel that the BBC will soon be privately funded and the licence fee will then be abolished. They could then be as biased as they like. And they would probably rename it "New BBC".

"New BBC" lol. Why would you want to pay to have a license for your own brainwashing? Maybe the TV license will be scrapped as the tele has become obsolete, but the web.2 will be ushered in and the bbc will have some sort of pay per view rights over what you do online, this seems to be the agenda.
I reckon most people will be so pleased at not paying their TV license that they will not realise they are still being fleeced by the BBC every time they want to use the net.

I lived in a house for 4 years and granted the TV had a brick put though it within the first couple of months. That being said we never replied to the constant badgering performed by British Broadcasting drones. The threat level ranges from "hey we just happily noticed and and are sorry for the intrusion, you don't seem to have a licence :( "
TO
"We will be seeking action in court to stop you watching our re-runs for free"
and right back to the we are sorry and love you letters after a few months.
They have no power and no authority to enter your home unless you invite them and if you do that then really you should just pay the fucking thing. Regardless if you watch theie shit or not.

I used to know a guy Richard Harris, creator and director of Central Weekend Live. They lived in a huge house next door to the house I had a ground floor flat in. One day his butler was polishing the Rolls, so I went around to have a chat with him. Talking about the Car I asked him if I could have a look at the engine. He looked at me agast, "Good heavens, one can't open the bonnet of a Rolls Royce in public, people might think there was something wrong with it!'
Can't have the masses knowing too much eh! You are spot on, steevo, nice one!;)

This very same issue was debated, well I use the word debate but it was Newsnight on the bbc. I normally listen and spot all the politicians blatant overstepping a question with a series of words that are intended to confuse and disorientate.
The general reaction to this on tonights broadcast were ones of non clapping of old retoric and strong clapping and unity towards the ideal of transparency in goverment and massive changes.
They discussed the house of lords basically being full of the good old boys that took money from whomever wanted to offer it. The way in which people can sit in an audience and listen to these sneering charlatans is beyond me. Lord Falconer I believe his name was, sat like a pompus baffoon and defended the bbc stance on Isreali genocide in Gaza but eluded it with so much irrelevance he made no point at all.
One elderly scotsman had his 15 seconds of fame and uttered words along these lines "Parcel o'rope to the nation." another lady commented that they are elected by the people and are therefore answerable to the people.
I fear I may have strayed from the original thread but its a small significance in my mind.
The politicians were under fire from people who seen through their lies.
David Dimbleby has a spider on his tie. A side note really!
