Can I Vent Just a Little?

I have to say I am a little sick of the David Icke Headlines. They are becoming everyday news that I can see on TV or in the paper. I want hard to find news or eye opening news. Is that really too much to expect? I don't know who David has running it, but I don't look forward anymore to reading most of the garbage on there. Do we really need BBC news about bombings in Iraq? I know already the bloody carnage taking place over there... jeez. Every news story I ever sent has never been posted. I'm talking about some interesting articles. For example, I sent a news story about US Navy trained dolphins that were armed with weapons and were able to catch "terrorists" from swimming away by latching a device around their ankles so they could be pulled back to shore. This was in the mainstream press too. Why couldn't that be posted?
I really hate to sound negative, but I just have an uneasy feeling about some of the things I see. I don't get a positive feeling from this websight anymore. That's what happens when you get other people doing the work instead. There is just something off. Whether anyone agrees or not, I say these things for anyone who feels it but hasn't said anything.
Even this forum is negative to a certain degree. People here trying to instill their beliefs or satisfying their egos by ranting about your personal views. I spend most of my time researching and learning and I have many views about what is happening but I don't feel a need to come on here and spew things out to sound intelligent. Not that I'm saying people can't do that. Feel free, I'm just not going to listen. LOL. We should use this forum to share real info that raises our awareness about what different people are experiencing in different parts of the world.
It also bothers me on how hard it is to contact David directly. Do I really need to go through others to talk to him? Listen, if I had any type of following, I would do my best to be there for genuine people needing to speak to me. I would never set up a bureaucracy to run my website. I wouldn't want my wesite getting out of touch with what is important and I would always want to personally be a part of everything that went on it. I sent Sean a personal message on how to contact David and I received no response nor did I expect one. This is how subscribers are treated? Everyone is too busy to answer people. I'm waiting for the David Icke toll-free hot line to keep up to date on all the new information. It would be an automated service obviously.
David's last article about getting rid of excess baggage hits the nail on the head. He should get rid of the "help" and make this website what it once was and what it can be. I subscribe to this website but I will not continue to do it if it starts becoming negative.
I hope people don't think I'm being hateful because I am not. I don't want to see something I love go down the drain and become a carcon copy of everything else out there. I thank David Icke for helping to open my eyes to what I always knew was there but could never put it in perspective. I just hope he knows and cares about what his site is turning into.

There are a few diamonds amongst the dust. It depends what info you're looking for. I've found many good articles with lot's of links to follow.

Don't read it for a week or two then go look. I'll be surprised if you can't find anything of interest.

Failing that start a thread on here, about something you know about or wan't to research.

One problem with the Web is that there is such profusion of articles and other kind of information out there. Maybe the David Icke site could add some form of article voting function and submission system like digg? Maybe there is some open source project that has implemented such thing? Then it would be fairly easy and not too expensive to implement such functionality. The problem with digg is that it is so general. David Icke's site could have a digg function dedicated especially to "controversial/conspiracy" news.

May I suggest www.signs-of-the-times.org as an alternative to Ickes headlines where you might find a great deal of articles that aren't carried by the usual outlets as well as editorials and free podcasts. ;)

Not that you shouldn’t think whatever you want to about a bunch of news stories, but when did "negative" in itself become bad? It is nothing but a point of perception as a separation from the balance of all. We can observe that point of separation without being that point of separation.

There are two illusions about David Icke that I see commonly where-ever his ideas are discussed: the first is fear that questioning society and the world around us leads to evil (Von Lotsov is a keen example): the second that being spiritual means floating on a fluffy feeling. These are expressed in many ways, but that’s effectively the root of it

So the first illusion sees people terrified that Icke is peddling fear about a NWO, maybe doing the NWO's "work" by talking about them, and the second sees blind self-deception that Ickes work must be fluffy, new agey, and "good": and sees people trying to link him to terms like "ascension"

They want him to scream: get angry people, you're not angry enough - blah blah blah - Alex Jones. Well thank God for sane, calm people like David who doesn't get scared and angry, we need more people like him. And signs of the times, is very informative, does not resemble a cult in any way.
But Dave I can promise you if you come in to this forum now and then you will find amazing info, just give it time. I find a lot of websites overblown stuff a lot to make their point and stretching the truth a bit. This website might be boring to you sometimes, but remember news are not “generated” or “produced” here, it is put forward when it can be proven. But I have been thinking that we must have a thread where we start at A and work through all the conspiracies out there, that way we might get info on stuff we haven’t heard of yet; it all helps us to see the bigger picture.;)

However Alex Jones has done more to wake people up than anyone else. They don't laugh at him like they do Icke and his lizards. I diverge on the Jones thing though: I simply don't care if Jones is disinfo or not, The pursuit of truth is the pursuit of truth and I define my reality based upon my comprehension

I like Alex Jones and Laura for who (and trust them to be) they are, and my world is more serene becuase of that

In my world they are both early voices to be raised, one of them definately loud, and there are many many more voices coming up fast and strong behind them
