I know I've been starting a lot of topics on this site lately, but I really hope no one minds. I however need your help again. I have been hoping to find any information on any kind of corruption in special ed. placement, particularly in north America. I have no idea yet where to begin to look. I'm not sure of any sites that would talk about something like that. I'm completely going on a simple hunch here now but I really think that maybe some placements of children into special ed classes, after classing them as having learning disabilities or social problems, is based on simple garbage.
If this is a silly question or something that one would normally not even bother with, I'm sorry. I'm still very new at this. I think I'm better better at it, but I still find myself needing a good bit of help. :o
