Can't believe how much petrol costs, I see that it has crept up to nearly £1 a litre:eek::( The general populace doesn't seem to care, what a surprise!
I'm spending just over £40 per week on fuel, though my supercharger has something to do with that, doh!:D

you wont be able to afford your car when they bring in road pricing, and they will. The british are good at whining, but are too apathetic to do anything more. But also we are so divided with the class system, the dumbed down, the immigrants, the laws against free speach, castes, colour, religion ad infinitum. But i'm the same, i'm waiting for the revolution to be part of it, but how does it start..who will kick it off? questions, questions i'm afraid.:(

Mercedes kompressor's are supercharged, hence the name kompressor.

I have two cars, my beloved Vauxhall Calibra Turbo pushing 256BHP and an Omega 2.5V6, which i might get a supercharger fitted too, if i can't save up enough money for a new turbo and intercooler for the Calibra.
:o

Nice. I've always liked the look of the Calibra. Ouch new turbo and intercooler! That's gonna hurt the wallet a bit.

The price of fuel in the UK is unbelievable.

For the Americans complaining about paying $3 Gallon, the UK conversion to your gallon and your dollar is around $7.50 gallon

In Australia we are paying $1.30 ish a litre = $4.15 US a US gallon.
