Obama's set the precedent by (probably) not being a US citizen. That issue would have to be resolved before Arnie gets a crack.

Maybe the lovefest for Obama will continue for a few months and he really will look like the saviour presiding over the dawn of a (false) new golden age, until he's shockingly ruled ineligible because of the citizenship issue, and has to stand down.

Then Biden/Clinton or Clinton/Biden (since Biden said he thought Clinton was more capable than him during the campaign) will step in and completely screw things up, providing the momentum of outcry to change the Constitution in the build up to 2012 as Schwarzenegger presents himself as the logical choice to get tough and clean up the mess.

Obama would have to be permanently out of the way for that to happen, so maybe he'd have to be 'accidented' before then, to prevent a comeback, or just totally discredited through the revelation of the 'gay sex' scandals (this being the better option to get a Republican into office in 2012).

Sounds a bit complicated, but you never know. Rare genetics could be pumping through Arnie's Austrian blood.

Well I think its a strong possibility, seeing as though Obama appears to have not even been born in the US - he certainly hasnt proved that. So how would a minor detail like that affect Mr "Nazi-sympathiser", "Action Hero", "We are going to terminate terrorism" Schwarzenegger's chances at the presidency.

He stated on numerous occasions his desire to be "Dictator of the world."

I bet he's thinking to himself... "Imagine if I got the top position, just think at the amount of women I could grope."

And when Obama fails to co-operate with this blackmail (assuming he ever even got the list in the first place), that constitutes "proof" in your mind.

So the guy submitted a frivolous lawsuit and it was thrown out. Of course you will now say the judge was bought off etc, I know all the defence mechanisms you people use by now. But the fact remains that this is rather risible "proof" that Obama was not born in Hawaii. I'm not saying that he was, mind you, just that this is non-existent "proof".

It appears that the birth certificate on Obama's website is genuine and is legitimite under Hawaiian law. As long as the birth mother proves she was born in Hawaii she is within her rights to ask that her child be registered as a Hawaii citizen even if the child was born in another country. So BO's birth certificate still does not prove he was born in the US.

[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

The loophole in the law means that BO could of been born Kenya or anywhere else for that matter and still gain a piece of documentation stating American citizenship.

There's a town about 20 miles from where im from called 'Birmingham'. If i was so enclined, i could go there and get a very good fake birth certificate for about £50. Now if i can get one, im sure that the current puppet of the NWO could get hold of one, printed on official birth certificate paper, with all the official stamps and what not.

Its one of those things that we'll just never know for sure unless he comes out and admits it.
