looks like its just agitating water in the prescence of silver.

..in which case couldnt you just attach a silver (silver plate?) spoon to the food mixer you already own & get the same effects for virtually nothing.

Or £30-40 for a brand new mixer, bowl & solid silver spoon.

Good idea , i think agitating the water produces a different chemical reaction within the molecules so it would work t osome degree . I like the ceramic egg though for storage , will invest in one as soon as i can . :D

i think the key is to aerate/oxygenate the water - if you look at the vortex created in those ^ pics, that device is quite efficient at getting bubbles moving through the water.

If your working with a transparent bowl, you could watch whats happening in there & keep making adjustments to get the right effect.
