The green shoots of civilised behaviour

DAC John Yates of the Metropolitan Police apologised publicly to Colin Stagg over his entrapment by Metropolitan Police officers and the cloud of suspicion that has hung over Mr Stagg for years.
Alistair Campbell has refused either a knighthood or a peerage from Prime Minister Brown.
Brown dare not offer Dr John Reid and Patricia Hewitt an inducement to join him and his scurvy traitors to honest government. Des Browne did not accept the offer of three posts for relinquishing his post at the Ministry of Defence where fortunes are to be made. Chris Smith, MP, opposed the third runway and sixth terminal at Heathrow and was in conflict with Geoffrey Hoon, MP, the environment minister who if memory serves one correctly rented his constituency office from his wife using her maiden name as landlord and who used to write to him “Dear Mr Hoon,I regret that I have to increase your rent etc.” Gerald Kaufman, a Jew, condemned Israel’s behaviour in Gaza. Mr Kaufman stated that his grandmother was shot in her sick bed by a German soldier but that does not give the Israelis the right to shoot Palestinian grandmothers.

Update on the predicament of VOMIT’s editor James M Todd or JMT

Chairman Rake of British Telecoms has still not confirmed by email that he has permitted VOMIT the use of the Internet after unlawfully applying a cut off. JMT’s home in London is still not secure. Linbrook, the company that is supposed to replace the police damaged door has shown itself on four occasions to be corrupt in its dealings with JMT. When there is a reconnection to the Internet it=2 0is hoped to take delivery of a new door complete with locks and keys and to arrange for the installation independently of Linbrook.

Fierce fighting is raging in Gaza

So far there are over 1,000 Palestinian casualties and 13 Israelis 3 of whom are civilians. Shades of the cluster bombs in Southern Lebanon. Ariel Sharon said “Don’t tell me what the Americans will do or will not do. We Jews control America.” The Americans provide all Israel’s armaments including its phosphorus shells. The President of Syria has called upon all Arab countries to close Israeli embassies and to sever all communications with Israel.
We are sickened by the attempts of Israelis and Jews generally to justify the slaughter of the innocents in Gaza while excluding independent reporters from Gaza.
America could put an end to the Israeli war crimes immediately by ordering Israel to stop the killing failing which there will be no more military assistance.
Britain could do much more but Foreign Secretary Milliband is Jewish and can hardly be expected to push Israel too hard. Prime Minister Brown cannot afford to alienate the Americans.

STATUTORY OFF THE ROAD NOTICE (SORN)

Our information is that if you don’t complete a SORN and send it to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency as required there is a £1,000 fine. The vehicle involved is the one MOT tested by Motorways Services of Cricklewood, London. It cannot be used on a public highway until the damage done during the MOT is repaired.
Recently we received a renewal reminder stating that our SORN runs out on 31 01 2008 when it should have been due for renewal on 31 01 2009. When we completed the form online giving the registered number and reference number the vehicle was not recognised.

Guided weapons development and BAE Systems the alleged basis for our persecution

While we are convinced that we are going to be persecuted whatever we do there are times when developments take on a life of their own. We have been asked for more information on the Remington Rand Shavers (RRS) experience. RRS had a man in their Glasgow factory who would take three shavers from the production line and send them to HQ in America to see if the shavers met the specification particularly for the length of movement of the cutters. Three shavers were returned from America with the report that the cutter traverse was short. A colleague from Singapore who had no professional qualification and JMT developed a method of measuring the traverse ten times more accurately than the method previously used. It wasn’t rocket science. JMT and his colleague measured the tr averse at different voltages and drew three graphs, one for each shaver. The shavers met the specification. The results brought the experts in America and their shavers into disrepute. JMT’s departmental head copied the three graphs and sent them to America and thereby claimed the credit for the improved system of measuring. At the same time the supplier of the plastic outer covers for the shavers visited JMT and offered him a bribe. If JMT had accepted the offer RRS would have had an excuse for sacking him. JMT refused the bribe. He was then ordered to attend a meeting at which all heads of department were present. The clique ordered him to develop a piece of test equipment which would have required a team of engineers and which JMT could not undertake.

The Mobil Oil Company

Readers will have formed their own opinion about the reason for the unnecessary major surgical operation that effectively put and end to the Mobil case against JMT. There is much more to that story which few people would believe. However here is another example of what JMT was up against. JMT was referred to a solicitor named Donald MacNeil McWilliams (?) who had been town clerk of Tobermory. The story is that he left that post in disgrace.
When JMT first met McWilliams he had with him the initiating Interdict (Injunction) and scribbled answers that were illegible and almost incomprehensible. On the day the answers were due to be lodged in court McWilliams asked JMT to sign his approval of the answers. The answers amounted to an admission that Mobil (Hugh Morton) had a watertight case against JMT. When JMT pointed this out McWilliams said that he was stringing Mobil along to enable him to sue Mobil for a large sum of money. In order to show the court that McWilliams had falsified the answers JMT summoned him before the court in order to acquire the original papers that McWilliams had. McWilliams claimed that he was retaining the papers as lien against payment of his bill. The court should have ordered him to return the papers but did not do so. Justice was more important than McWilliam’s bill. JMT then produced a list of documents that he had given to McWilliams. He sent the list and a cheque for payment of his bill to his Labour MP. (John Taylor ? who lived in Hemel Hempstead) JMT asked Mr Taylor to check the documents he was to receive from McWilliams and then forward the cheque to McWilliams if the documents were in order. Taylor passed the cheque to McWilliams and waited until it had been cleared before informing JMT that he could not get himself involved in the litigation. Mr Taylor died suddenly and Tam Dalyell succeeded him. Mr Dalyell was married to Kathleen Wheatley the first Scottish Catholic Law lord. Mr Dalyell told JMT to accept the terms of the Interdict. When JMT refused t9o comply with Mr Dalyell’s request Mr Dalyell threw a bundle of documents at JMT. These showed that senior members of the Labour Party were taking a keen interest in the Mobil case. The Scottish legal system is no better the English system. There are members of the legal system who are honourable but even the honourable members cannot stick their necks out too far.

I have just found out that there are rumours going round that I am in poor health and other problems. Yes, well I did have a bad dose of the runs from a curry and I haven't won the lottery. I don't deny that I've taken (I still am) lots of masonic persecution but this is all part o f the game. I would like to inform you that me and my family are now much stronger and closer than ever. I am in very good health (had a recent MOT at my doctors).

I know who is spreading the rumours and who the infiltrators are. I can't just post their names on LJPR, WTC, ACP the forums etc. If you want to know them, just phone me on 07799 612 227 or email me joe.stirling@ntlworld.com...... be persistent as the freekmasons mess about with my communications. I have closed the email address voacs@mac.com as it has been taken over by Mobile Me and they want £60 per year. It's hard enough fighting for a level playing field while on benefits.

I also need the good guys to know that I/we are sitting here with enough concrete evidence to bring this criminal organisation down. This story is available for free, but it has to be done transparently, simple eh ?. You have to be a very positive person to fight selfish masonic dogs with poisoned bones, they just won't let go.

The good news, everybody now knows about these invisible masonic crooks. Every logical law abiding person is learning the truth 24/7. This bubble is ready to burst big time and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it. "Here's tae us" victims and good guys. (Quote is no reference whatsoever to Freemason Robert Burns). Joe Stirling..... 100% genuine victim of criminal Freemasonry and can back up absolute ly everything I say, no problem.
Comment: Keep up the good fight, Joe and may the blessings of God be upon you. Where does the Catholic Church stand on Freemasonry? Papal Edicts proscribe all secret organisations including Opus Dei and the Knights of St Columbia.

Truth, Justice, Freedom and Democracy and paying bills 16 January 2009
John Wilson to

Alex Hawke, MP, Federal Member for Mitchell, Suite 8, 23 Terminus Street, Castle Hill,
NSW 2154.E: alex.hawke.mp@aph.gov.au

Dear Alex,
Thank you for taking to me, yesterday. It was lucky you were standing talking to your secretary at the front desk when I called at your office - having come straight from Centrelink (that Commonwealth Department) in Parramatta.
We talked about my urgent need for money to pay bills, etc., because of the First Mortgage Company stealing my property and smashing my dental equipment four months ago which has left me without a livelihood.
I explained that all Bank Loans in Australia are fraud because, in order for a contract to be created, there must be certainty of terms and, therefore, the variable interest rates means that there are no legal contracts. You said, as most people do, that variable interest rates are part of those contracts....and when I repeated that "Unless there is certainty of terms there is no contract created....it is not in being." ..to which you replied, "I'm glad the High Court is dealing with it.".
"But there's the rub.", as William Shakespeare once wrote.
I have been in Australian Courts for 13 years, trying to get Truth and Justice, ie: that variable interest rates render a contract void for uncertainty. But all I find in all our Courts is Corruption and Treason on the part of the Judges and Magistrates because they insist that variable interest rates are "indeed certain" (a more blatant lie there could never be) and they deny me my Right to Trial by Jury - which, because Trial by Jury is an inalienable Right that is essential to the preservation of Democracy (ie: People having Sovereignty - the ultimate authority to make and impose laws), denying one that Right is Treason against the People of Australia. I explained to you that this denial of Justice continues and the little money I had has now been exhausted. I asked for and your said you would make enquiries to find some money for me from some kind of "Emergency Funding" from the Federal "Government". Your secretary phoned me later in the day to re-assure me that they were investigating that possibility for me. Again, thank you.
After leaving your office at about midday, I thought I go to the WESTPAC Bank at Pennant Hills to see how much of my fortnightly War Service Disability Pension was in my account. The amount is $112-50 and there was just20over $400 there - which I withdrew. When doing so, the girl behind the counter asked for some identification. She asked to see a Driver's Licence. I said I do drive but my licence had been unlawfully cancelled when I refused to pay Court Costs when I was denied my Right to Trial by Jury, ie: nothing to do with driving. I explained to her about the Bill of Rights saying that "fines and forfeitures before conviction are illegal and void" and that I'd never been convicted of anything because I've never had a Court of Proper Jurisdiction because I've never had a Jury.
Well, that struck a raw nerve with the lass. She said, "I am studying Law at university." So, I raised my voice so that everyone in the Bank could hear - and started explaining what Real Law was and that what she is being taught at university is not Real Law but a pack of lies. She then said that her father was a barrister and had written legislation setting out that there is, in fact, no Right to Trial by Jury, etc. ...and so the conversation continued....it's funny how Life presents these opportunities.
I went on to explain that any Acts of Parliament attempting to take away the Right of the People are ultra vires...and she said, "There's no such thing as ultra vires any more."
I offered her one of my "TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY" cards with the website on it and asked if she'd like to discover what Real Law is. She refused to accept the card ....but we still parted politely with her saying, "Have a good day, Mr Wilson." ...to which I said, "Every day is a good day."
This little chance encounter demonstrates that the Law Schools in our universities are actually teaching Treason to the students, ie; how to destroy Democracy.
As a Member of the Australian Parliament, this subverting and extirpating of the Laws and Liberties of the People must be tabled, investigated and severely dealt with. Pleas organize an appointment for me to see the Australian Attorney-General, as soon as possible.
Again, I appreciate what you and Wayne Merton (the State Member for Baulkham Hills) are trying to do to help me.
Yours sincerely, John Wilson. http://www.rightsandwrong.com.au/html/donations.html

Stop the war has suffered a serious attack on its internet site, which has been hacked, we assume by supporters of Israel's attacks on Gaza. Our website is down and our usual email address not functioning. We have set up a temporary email address for you to contact Stop the War: stopwaruk@gmail.com
We expect to restore normal service soon. Many thanks to everyone who attended yesterday's magnificent demonstrations in London and Edinburgh. The London demonstration was by far the largest ever in support of Palestine. We will send more details in our next newsletter.
Israel has announced a sharp escalation of its attacks on Gaza. Stop the War, together with the other organisations who helped organise Saturday's demonstration, will be announcing soon the next stage of our campaign calling for an immediate stop to the carnage.

Scotland on a par with Cuba for state largesse January 11, 2009 The Times
By Jason Allardyce

WELCOME to McCuba. Scotland is set to become the third most state-dependent country in the world. Soon Havana and Baghdad will be the only capitals that rely more on public spending than Edinburgh,
according to economic forecasters. They say the uneven flow of government funds to north of the border is putting an “unfair burden” on E nglish taxpayers. They predict that public spending will soon rise to the equivalent of almost 70% of Scotland’s gross domestic product.
The forecasters — from the Centre for Economic and Business Research (CEBR), a consultancy that advises the UK government — warn in a report that the burgeoning Scottish public sector is
“unsustainable”. The CEBR paper, commissioned by The Sunday Times, shows that the annual public sector wage bill in Scotland has risen by 55% to £12 billion since the Scottish parliament was established in 1999, with nearly one in four working for the state. A further £2.3 billion is spent annually on pensions for public sector workers, whose ranks have grown by nearly 50,000 in the past 10 years. The report will
renew concerns among English taxpayers about the preferential treatment enjoyed by the Scots, who benefit from free personal care for the elderly, no tuition fees and free school meals.
The extra level of funding per head that Scotland receives has grown from £828 in 1999 to £1,644. In 1999 the state spent £4,993 per head in Scotland and £4,165 in England. Now Scotland receives £9,179 and England gets £7,535.
Last year public spending was the equivalent of 43% of GDP in England and 56% in Scotland, placing Scotland 20th on a table of 160 countries most dependent on state spending, and England 67th.
The CEBR forecasts that the Scottish figure will rise to 67% by 2012-3, while the UK will rise to 48%. This would place Scotland in third place in the league of countries most dependent on state spending. John Blundell, director-general of the Institute of Economic Affairs, said: “Scotland has been heading this way for an awfully long time. Adam Smith must be rolling in his grave. “My impression is very much that
Scotland got into a vicious circle of creating more and more benefits and more government jobs.”

Cameron vows to wreck EU treaty if elected
By George Parker in London Financial Times of 13 January 2009

David Cameron, leader of Britain's opposition Conservatives, has vowed to wreck the EU's Lisbon treaty if he emerges victorious from any early general election in the first half of this year.
Mr Cameron has put the Tories on election alert, believing there is a 50/50 chance Gordon Brown, prime minister, will go to the polls in 2009, cashing in on public support for his handling of the recession.
The Tory leader believes there could be an election as early as April - more than a year before the last possible election date of June 2010 - opening up the opportunity for him to derail the EU's flagship
treaty.
Mr Cameron told the Financial Times that in such circumstances "we could have a referendum in October" on the treaty, in which he would lead the campaign for a No vote. The "moderately eurosceptic" Tory leader expects to win that vote.
The Tories believe the treaty - which would create a new EU president and foreign minister and simplify the Union's decision-making procedures - would have the effect of transferring too much power to
Brussels.
A Conservative election victory could presage the end of the Lisbon treaty, which has been under discussion since 2001.
Ireland, which rejected the text in a referendum, is planning to hold a second referendum this autumn. A Yes vote would clear the way for the treaty's ratification, but European leaders know there is a race
against time to get it approved before Britain's general election.
Mr Cameron says his party is united in its approach to Europe, which includes breaking off its alliance in the European parliament with French and German centre-right parties.
However, Mr Brown has insisted that holding an early election is "the last thing" on his mind and opinion polls show that his governing Labour party still trails the Conservatives in the polls.
In his FT interview, Mr Cameron says that an incoming Tory administration would decisively shift economic policy, focusing on turning Britain into a nation of savers, and that he would progressively cut the size of the state.
The Tory leader believes the British public, faced with the prospect of spiralling government borrowing, will accept a smaller state.
Almost alone among leading mainstream politicians in Europe, he has been critical of a fiscal stimulus to stave off recession.
However, his old-style fiscal conservatism is offset by an almost French-style view that Britain should be a s ociety that "works to live and doesn't live to work".

Comment: The fact that Brown reneged on his promise of a referendum should be sufficient to convince the UK public that we must go for the alternative European Free Trade Area (EFTA). Brown’s behaviour is determined by his association with the EDF fraudsters who started the corruption by joining with German partners and charging the UK £17 billion too much for gas. Brown did not insist upon repayment because, as Chancellor of the Exchequer, he would have had to pay Value Added Tax back to the consumers just as Harold Macmillan concealed the harmful effects of tobacco in order not to lose the tobacco tax. Macmillan caused thousands of premature deaths and burdened the NHS with extra costs. Brown has caused and will cause much more damage to the UK than Harold Macmillan caused.

Following the criminal offences associated with Paddington police officers breaking into and entering our flat in London and our being unlawfully denied access to the Internet by Chairman Rake of British Telecoms we do not have access to our computer or files. We apologise for the lack of clarity in this issue of VOMIT. The root cause of our problem is undoubtedly Prime Minister Brown who is leading the Labour Party into the wilderness and degrading politics by effectively bribing his one-time enemies in order to secure their support for his continued retention of the office of Prime Minister.

End Piece The Royal Family The Paul Burrell TV Programmes

These TV programmes essentially said that the queen had intervened to save Burrell from prosecution because she feared he had a copy of the tape in which a male palace servant had claimed that he had been raped by a member of the royal family. Princess Diana was alleged to have made the tape when she interviewed the victim. There was also information about the Royal Yacht Britannia. There was a clear out of staff after the information was leaked that most of the royal servants were homosexuals.
Truth can be stranger than fiction. Let us not forget that the queen is patron of Freemasonry and that her cousin the Duke of Kent is Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England.

Comment: At least the Australian authorities have not disconnected Mr Wilson from the Internet. Mr Wilson is a devout Christian.

Stop the War Coalition Temporary email address stopwaruk@gmail.com

I'd be interested why you think this?

I think the point of a few Freemasons being on a Forum like this is that we can help true truthseekers see the other side of the very one-sided stuff that is claimed about Freemasonry.

I think that is a valid and worthwhile point to being here.

Largely, I am enjoying the banter, as well as the serious debates. Some go too far, but that is to be expected. So long as they are under no illusion that this Grand Lodge does not use gloves, especially the kid variety.

No kidding.

Sometimes the urge to try and get UGLE into a litigative mindset about these claims is overpowering. Unfortunately, it would do no more than create martyrs for their imagined cause to have a few of them up in court on charges of libel.

I can imagine the web pages about how the "horrible, powerful Freemasons took me to Court and made me pay up thousands of pounds in damages".

Why not pick one case and send it to Mike, to see what he thinks of your evidence? I myself would also be interested.

In my own case I was at one stage being encouraged to take one chap to court for he could then be gotten rid off, but I broke largely due to the way I was being treated and droped it at an early stage - I simply had had enough. Plenty of people told me that my treatment was disgusting and wrong but few had the moral courage to stand up (one was a wife!!!!!) and those that did mostly disappeared after I broke. Even one government authority helpline chappy told me that I should not be being treated the way that I was and gave me options but I was too broke to follow them up by that stage. And a policeman quietly told me what I had most likely done to anger the tiger - I had previously stood up to him over a bullying issue.

Sadly I know one other chap who told me that he was also beaten down locally for standing up to bullying in public life. In my case there is shed loads of evidence from the people directly involved, some of whom a few years back did want something done. But few have the moral courage not to toe the line. Turning a blind eye is easier. Now with several years having passed I doubt that anyone would be willing to rekindle old memories as by all accounts from what I read in the press and get told on occassion things havent changed much.

On the one hand it is a pity that I broke, but on the other I may not have progressed as fast as I have if I hadnt since then. There is a clear sequence of events form that day to this, and the whole event was ultimately very empowering. I may have been treated badly on the physical plain but I think that it would be fair to say that my subsequent desire to better myself and to make sense of life was answered by higher authority.

Mike if you really genuinely believe that the actions of some Freemasons using the Maosnic system as a tool dont break people in the community then you really do have your eyes wide shut. Can I prove this to you probably not, but that does not mean that it isnt true. It just means that I broke under the pressure before I issued the court papers.

Besides which I have since made my peace with the bloke.

As an aside did you know that as a preface to some editions of the book - Dr Jekyll & Hyde there is a forward that explains how the book reflects the dual pulls that we all face in life, between good and evil. It was perhaps the first such esoteric book to be mass marketed. Have you read it?

I am trying to work out what answer you are looking for. Hence my confusion.

If you bait me for the fun of it you will loose someone who does have sympathy for you and someone who had helped people who have been hurt by the masonic system (including Freemasons) move a little bit forwards. Ultimately this helps you. It is quite possible that there will come a time when I will be in a position to put a stop to the things that you object to, so I would appreciate you treating me with respect. Keystone get that form signed remember you are seconding me;)

The baiting is interesting though, for now they are alluding to the numerology in my name. I guess that they must think that I made it up. Um no, my mum and dad did that. I am still picturing in my mind a birth certificate that says "ban freekmasons".

Took me quite a while to cotton on to it myself though (the numerology/meanings inherent of/in my name that is). Good job such things dont bother me. Would make a good esoteric paper though given what I do in the real world.

Added: reminds me of the time on a forum when someone sneakily got my date of birth. I was a bit slow on the uptake then. For me numerology has no interest, I just follow my heart.
