Does anybody know anything about these other than the readily accessible history... What do the symbols supposedly mean? Why did the Serbians do this and not other countries? etc...

I think Serbia was the only Nazi occupied country to specifically produce Anti-Masonic postage stamps but it was just one of the Nazi controlled countries churning out Nazi propaganda during it's occupation even Jersey was doing it.
