Do you think that scientology will be able to continue with this amount of exposure?

How long could an organisation like this with it's business model being based on a hardcore sell for a kind of psychiatry which is being ridiculed so badly?

What will happen to Anonymous when/if scientology goes down?

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, Chris, since I don't know much about the "battle".

Are you saying the Anynomous have actually been succesful in bringing down Scientology? In what ways exactly?

I never said they brought them down...But can scientology really stand this kind of mockery? To be able to recruit people into a cult on a large scale, you need positive pr. I'm sure if you look at the books, scientology is going down.

The only way to assess how much of a threat Anonymous is to $cientology is to get hold of $cientology's accounts. Are they still recruiting more people than are leaving? Are their finances suffering? These are the kinds of things we need to know.

well as for finances their richest member ever, james packer, has left the church recently and said that he no longer needs them.

The battle between Scientology and Anonymous is just a movie that is playing out. As Ickey says "If you wanna change the movie, then get to the projectionists".

Scientology, in my opinion, isn't exactly a religion which has the ability to form into a major religion, it seems to be somewhat limited. Anonymous, with other past shenanigans, does have the propensity to come across as bullies which may have the effect of driving some support to Scientology, the opposite effect that is intended. I can see where the are coming from but Scientology isn't really on the horizon yet as religions go. Maybe they would be better off targeting other, more sinister groups such as the secretive and dangerous group, Common Purpose.

Yeah it would be great to see.
I suspect that Anonymous are not what they seem, but if they decided to expose Common Purpose then obviously I would welcome it. The awakening of the masses is the ONLY way in my opinion.

Pfft, does anyone here actually know what 'Anonymous' is? It's more chaos than anything else. It's *hardly* an organisation.
