I am concerned that the County will use this illegal order to evict me from my home as an excuse to attempt to murder me again, and/or to steal my home and property.

As you are aware, on March 10, 2003, without any legal basis what so ever, Santa Cruz Sheriff Deputy Michael MacDonald literally attempted to murder me in front of my children by shooting at me from a point blank range of five to seven feet. The only reason I and my children are alive today is because MacDonald missed.

Following that assassination attempt, the Santa Cruz Sheriffs, Santa Cruz Superior Court and District Attorney have maliciously prosecuted me, repeatedly throwing me in jail under absurdly false charges and giving me sham hearings and trials. Apart from the attempted murder of myself in front of my children, the most vicious malicious prosecution by Santa Cruz County has however been the kidnap of my children.

Santa Cruz authorities have shot at me, repeatedly thrown me in jail under false charges, wiped out my companies and career and kidnapped my children and now the County is attempting to steal my home.

This formal NOTICE places you on NOTICE that the August 27, 2008 order Commissioner IRWIN JOSEPH has apparently issued to evict me from my home is criminal in nature and intent and completely and utterly void and it places my life, liberty and property at risk particularly since the Santa Cruz Sheriffs have already on more than one occasion attempted to murder me.

This is to place you on notice that I do not have any option to move from my home since I have been financially crippled by the malicious prosecution I have been subject to; and that without notice, any sheriff approaching my home will be considered a life threat.

I am a law abiding citizen who demands his Constitutionally guaranteed rights, including a right to a trial by jury regarding all civil matters in excess of $20 pursuant to the Seventh Amendment. I will consider any attempt to arrest me also a life threatening situation as the Sheriffs have already attempted to murder me three times, twice while I was in custody. I would welcome any such lawful trial by Jury to settle this matter regarding the right to my home and homestead and divorce and will attend any such trial.

Until said illegal and void order issued by Commissioner IRWIN JOSEPH is acknowledged as void and of no legal force and is properly set aside, I cannot risk my life before any Santa Cruz Sheriffs. I have no problem what so ever in dealing with the FBI who has been copied on this correspondence and is formally asked to intervene in this outrageous situation.

If you need any copies of the evidence or other files they are all available from the Clerks office in the respective courts. I would also be happy to provide you with copies to any files you need in order to determine the facts. The facts prove irrefutably that my ex-wife has no rights to my property and that she was paid off for the property pursuant to a lawful order more than five years ago. That Irwin Joseph has absolutely no right what so ever to issue any order in my case. That the Santa Cruz Superior Court Case FL 16028 was closed before the illegal order. That there are no foreclosure proceedings against my property. That I demand my Constitutionally guaranteed right to a trial by jury before any eviction from my home/homestead. And that you are under an oath of office to uphold the Constitution and my Constitutional rights.

I have also filed Manslaughter charges against IRWIN JOSEPH, Anamaria Tichatschke and Vicki Parry for causing the death of Amy Miller. IRWIN JOSEPH, Anamaria Tichatschke and Vicki Parry have every reason to want me dead.

I have also previously filed with your office and the Santa Cruz Superior Court Verified Criminal Complaints against Anamaria Tichatschke (formerly Boustred) including one filed hours before the Santa Cruz Sheriffs attempted to murder me in front of my children - attached. All of these properly filed complaints which include more than enough evidence and probable cause proving the crimes, have been completely ignored by the Santa Cruz Sheriffs, DA and the court. When my ex and County officials break the law, the Sheriffs and Courts in this town do absolutely nothing to prosecute them, instead they turn a blind eye to the crimes and turn around and assault innocent and good people.

The education system I was building literally had the potential of eliminating world hunger has been destroyed as a consequence of the criminal violence Santa Cruz County has perpetrated against me - see www.infotelesys.com and the first education project we were delivering to Afghanistan. The behavior of the Santa Cruz Authorities shocks the conscious.

Please carefully consider what this County has done to me and my children and ask yourself what a decent person would do in such a situation. There are certainly many fine individuals who belong to the Masons, many of the Founder of the US were Masons. However, it appears their arch enemy the Jesuits infiltrated the Masons in the person of Albert Pike and turned them in the other direction, causing the un-Civil War and most of the following wars as the 1871 Pike letter reveals. However, the issue is that the Masons have lost direction and are heading in the opposite direction, many attempting to bring about a New World Order with it’s underlying Black Pope controlled Universal Commercial Code. But which ‘bloke’ is Mr. eastbeast referring to? MacDonald? Why eastbeast takes such a dislike to Clive, is not exactly clear, perhaps eastbeast is connected to the Masonic group in Santa Cruz consisting of the disgraceful and criminal Judges that make up the Santa Cruz ‘Superior’ Court. The founding factors that enlist Masons are good principles (as far as I know), I certainly do not oppose them. I also recognize the significant contribution the Founding Masons made in establishing the U.S. However, it appears that the ‘Luciferian’ constructs of Pike and many of the current leaders in the Mason circles' ‘insane’ perspective on life, would class them as far from 'illumined' as possible, rather their principles and acts would be classed as those coming from 'dimwits'. All I ask is for a fair trial, that however, is no longer available in the U.S. and unfortunately, from much research, it appears that misguided Masons may have much to answer for.

Forgive me, I should add. The County did indeed use the illegal order issued by the primary defendant in my lawsuit against the State which the courts refuse to allow me to bring to trial, to steal my home.

It should be noted that the commissioner issued the order that I be evicted from my home the very day the commissioner was attempting to have himself dismissed from the lawsuit I filed against him. For those of you in the UK who do not know what a Commissioner is; a Commissioner is a ‘pretend judge’, usually a local lawyer who wants to be a judge (In this case Commissioner Irwin Joseph is a failed real-estate lawyer). Petitioners have to agree to have their matters heard by the commissioner before he can have any authority to hear any matter or issue any order. Naturally the commissioner had no such authority in my case, while the fact that he is a primary defendant in the lawsuit I filed against the State automatically precludes him from issuing any order against me.

However, this did not stop the Santa Cruz Sheriffs putting together a swat team to arrest me when I went to pick up my little boys for questioning the illegal order (see the notice to the sheriffs). And insisting that I pay the Sheriffs $200,000 in bail to simpy have my freedom before they give me another sham trial.

Commissioner Irwin Joseph did not stop there, he issued an order prohibiting me “from providing any evidence, oral or documentary, as to any claim he has or may advance”

The commissioner also issued an order that I have “no contact whatsoever with” my children or from “contacting either child in any fashion which would include, but not be limited to, telephone or cell phone or by email” – Naturally there is categorically no legal basis what so ever for this order either. However, I am bound by the criminals who act under the color of law and have not been able to even wish my beloved sons Merry Christmas or Happy Birthday.

Now perhaps you masons who are related to the Masons who make up the Judiciary of the Santa Cruz ‘Superior’ Court will consider what evil your colleagues are perpetrating and the reputation they are earning for you.

I agree with this 100% The Mason's and Law in general have lost it's way. No one is a sovereign under god anymore.:( It's all about contract law. It's all about corporations and who control's them? With this mind set NO one is safe from the Law.
