For piles...
Clear your bowels
Take a clove of garlic...
Peel it clean..
Gently push it into your rectum.. Nice and deep,,, Right in there.
Leave it there until you next have a bowel movement, then repeat until the grapes are gone.
Not nice i know, But it works,,,
ALSO Try some detox meathods shown on the net.. Colon cleanse etc.

and dont strain to go to the toilet for a number two.
you have to go against your urge to push, but even if your slightly constipated, pussing too hard can make them pop back out.
eat plenty of fresh fruit and raw veg to keep your back passage flowing ...

Wear natural cotton underpants and sleep naked helps too. And the diet advise in the post above is important.

Get some ANUSOL from the chemist,works wonder's on them farmer Giles.;)

GERMOLOIDS from the chemist are great (so im told :o lol) unless you're looking for a more natural remedy? :)
