View Full Version : Plymouth Council Business Park "Skunk Farm".

My good mate Jutty had his business premises that he rented from Plymouth City Council raided by the police after Council employees tipped them off he was using it as a skunk factory.

The police found some perfectly legal cacti growing under artificial lighting and subsequently made no arrests. Despite this, the Nazis who work at Common Purpose (http://www.stopcp.com/) controlled Plymouth City Council evicted him from the premises, leaving him with nowhere to run his business, and his stock and computers still held under lock and key at the Plymouth Business Park, owned and run by Plymouth City Council.

To confuse a cannabis plant with a cactus requires a level of stupidity that I didn't realise existed even with Plymouth City Council Employees.

The fascism is just their to piss people off now,we should tell the so called councils and government they have no power over us,and like Mr Icke has said begin with non-violent non-conformity on a mass level.

lol, thats ridiculous...that chain of events because of cactus.

growing under artificial lighting and subsequently made no arrests.

It could be worse, in South Australia you could cop 2 years jail just for having the lights

Can you spot the difference?

Not even close lol, if it was tomatoes maybe you could understand their confusion.

Dr Hemp,

Does your mate realize that this constitutes a breach of contract, by Plymouth council, and a claim for damages for loss of business due to their actions would be a given.

No breach of the terms of tenancy by your mate=no grounds to terminate lease.
No illegal activity=no grounds to terminate............etc again.
Loss of earnings caused by the Police/Plymouth council for unsubstantiated allegations=claim for damages.

Don't let this go.

The police had reasonable suspicion ( I suspect) and a duty to act. If they carried out the search legally (with a warrant, was there one?)and found no offence had been committed - Plymouth Council does not have any grounds to terminate any lease.....under any circumestances. Don't forget due process....no conviction/judgement= no grounds for termination of contract therefore they have breached contract and must provide remedy/restitution.

Good luck for your mate Doc :)

I'm sure he's reading this thread, but I don't know if he can be bothered with the hassle.

And there we have it. The reason that this type of thing will continue to happen and no doubt get worse and worse.

You stand up to bullies. They're never as tough as they'd have you believe.

It costs time and money to sue someone, so the odds are stacked in their favour. He will look into it anyway.

Don't worry, he has much more imaginative ways to get revenge, which he will, Jutt's a very clever resourceful guy.

True - by letting this sort of stuff go without a fight - the more we acquiesce
to their regime.
Saying that though; I can understand where the Doc's mate is coming from.
If he hasn't been massively affected or put out of business maybe the time, effort and money involved may not be worth the effort.

One of Icke's phrases "....totalitarian tiptoe...." puts it into perspective for me. If every tyranny tiptoe is contested only then will their stomping journey be curtailed..........but, not everyone is prepared to fight all these battles.

I'm happy to fight every tiptoe - but not everyone is enlightened enough to do this............c'est la vie

Yeah but it's gotta be worth it. Cos if we won't stand up then we all gotta stop moaning about it! That's curtains for this forum.

In Germany, they came first for the Communists,
And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;

And then they came for the trade unionists,
And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;

And then they came for the Jews,
And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;

And then . . . they came for me . . .
And by that time there was no one left to speak up."

Doc Hempy,

You are depriving all of us from some form of "closure" we want to know how this turns out as you have posted this human interest story here,

We are all rooting for you buddy - and want to know how, when, what happens in this "state versus the common man" situation.

Please keep us updated ;)

This only happened on Thursday, so I think at this moment in time he's more preoccupied with moving his stuff out. I'm giving him a desk and letting him use some of my storage space at my premises in Totnes, as I have plenty of room. I'm gonna take my van down there on Monday, he even has to pay Plymouth Council £25 an hour for security guards to be there while he gets his stuff.

Well it will be good to have Jutt around, he's a legend in his own right! We will go on to do greater and better things.

You do both realise that the Council's actions are illegal, don't you?
He had a lease and broke no laws.
It's extortion, fraud and corporate bullying ... at the very least.

Hiya Doc, I'm not sure but that looks like peyote 'cactus' , in which case instead of the mildly euphoric cannabis plant then he'd have been growing the highly hallucinatory peyote, I haven't checked out the pic you psted but I'm relying on my own esoteric knowledge:D

The council wanted him out, made a bogus call to the police and used that as an excuse to evict him by the look of it.
Wasting police time and using the telephone system to make a hoax call, isn't that illegal?

Indeed the plants in question he had under the artificial lighting were peyote buttons, which are 100% legal to own, sell or give away in the UK. He also had some other herbs that Plymouth Council took a dislike to in the form of S. divinorum, P. virildis, and even chilli peppers, all of which are all completely legal in the UK.

Aha! If thats the case then he really DOES need to fight this. Did the council know that he was growing hallucinogens? If he doesnt........this could become widespread. But then again, if it does, they may change the laws regarding legality of his plants :(

Only in Britian can you be punished for not breaking the law. "In the United Kingdom..." is going to replace "In Soviet Russia..."

This sort of thing happens to me a lot. People lose sight of what the law is and act as if it was what they think it should be and they feel strongly justified.

There is no law against putting up A4 and A3 posters with blue tack but because it upset everyone trying to make money out of conspiracy to murder me in Llanelli I was confronted by a market stall holder who told me he was making a citerzens arrest for putting up a poster in the market.
There are loads of them already and the notice board was a real free for all.
I had to warn him no to damage my propery as he went to grab my poster down.

It is ok for them to make money out of the information shield surrounding murder and intended murder but they can complain of harrassment if you make it hard to get away with and the police will back them up.

They have even removed the public notice board.

Basically people in authority have "proper" scams and that is psychiatric drugs.

The companies bribe police, press and politicians to perpetuate the fraud and illegal drugs are competition.

In this case they are not even illegal.

They make it up about cannabis psychosis as studies have show that it can not cause it but can treat scitsophrenia, and psychiatric drugs are proven to slow recovery from psychosis despite being erroneously called anti-psychotics.

One study showed that one mushroom trip can cure depression for six months.

It is business to eliminate the competition and Big Pharma control the law enforcement agencies and can ignore the law.

Doctors are notoriously corrupt, spouting any lie they are told for bungs from the companies.

So look out for a lecture about the cost of treating the mental illness pyoty causes as they actually will latch onto anyone that says they used it and prescribe their drugs in their place and really they want to spend as much money as posible on the "treatment" to illnesses that neve even existed.

The process is a threat to libery as much as the "War on Terror" and it is called

MEDICALISATION.

Look out for it. It must be stopped!

We went round today to Plymouth Council Business Park and collected some of Jutt's stock, computers, etc., from the space he's been renting off them for the last year.

Man it's a souless place and the peyote have found a much better home.

Plymouth Council are utter cunts, they kicked him out because they said he was bringing the business park into disrepute by having the police raid the place, but they only raided him, because they fucking called the police in the first place. They are charging £25 an hour for this security guard to be present while we move the stuff out, this is no easy job, as in this time we have to pack and sort everything out. Common Purpose controlled Plymouth Council are wasting Council Tax Payer's money to do their best to put legal legitimate businesses out of business.
