For quite some time now, I've been wondering about the effect of salt on ice/snow. How it melts it once it's been put on it. So I finally decided to look into that matter a bit more. I'm always cold....haha... mind over matter has something to do with it too.
I've noticed recently that after a good meal, I don't feel as cold and I feel a warmth within. I believe it's the salt in the food that has that effect. I usually never eat salt.......This morning, I added some natural sea salt and I scrapped my himalayan salt lamp and put it in my smoothing....... DANG... I feel a warmth within me that I don't usually feel. Salt in moderation has benefits and also it's a essential compoent of our diet. I believe sugar also... moderation............chocolate anyone???
Anywho... been doing some research on foods and on my target list is bee polen, propolis, royal jelly, sea salt/himalayan salt, and monoatomic gold.........
