Gamma and Lambda consciousness

I am interested doing meditations that will have me experience the "christ" consciousness or "super" consciousness. I have read that Tibetan monks can increase their brain waves while meditating to 90-120 hz, which is the upper gamma and lambda consciousness levels.

I would like to find either music that will help me elevate myself to this level or a meditation technique.

Also if any of you have had any experiences with "christ" or "super" consciousness please feel free to share here.
