It sounds as if politicians are finding the Internet a big problem. I don't see how they will be able to regulate blogs, video sharing, podcasts and forums etc. As I see it, the Web will just keep on snowballing. It has a too massive momentum already, and politicians in the western world will not be able to stop it I think.

we've got similiar things coming soon in south africa, as much as south africa tries to portray an image of an independant country, everytime the UK does something, south africa follows suit.
CB radios are not a half bad idea i think.

from amnesty.org
Amnesty is urging web users to take action on behalf of individuals persecuted and imprisoned for expressing their opinions online. Act now by calling on governments to stop the unwarranted restriction of freedom of expression online and challenge internet companies - such as Yahoo!, Google and Microsoft - who cooperate with internet censorship

Or bury our heads in the sand?
If anyone who reads this post survives the chaos that is already manifesting with the aid of a world gone mad by its suppressor rulers..you will pass through to the golden age..maybe the very same golden age the ancient egyptians claimed their ancestors lived in..Maybe the very same golden age Jehovah Witness' believe will be paved for them?..A time of peace..for maybe 333 years..then the lizards cruel out the rocks and submit humanity to a voluntary act of insomnia for the next 25587 years..by which time my friend you will have back your internet connection complete with virus'

In Astrology, some systems include a thirteenth sign of the zodiac, which is the constellation Ophiuchus, and is known as Ophiuchus Serpentarius (the "serpent holder"). This constellation lies between Sagittarius and Libra.
