here's a link i found with entries of underground complexes, cities, tunnels etc
it seems to be only for america, but nonetheless, i've been reading all morning.

That article mentions a location not far from me. It's the "Church of the
Angels" in Pasadena, California. The article says there is a secret entrance
to the underworld in the church's basement.

It's a catholic church with child-care facilities and is considered an historic
landmark. It's open to the public for church services, etc.
