I have decided that over the next 3 months I will remove myself from this system. My biggest concern is my passport as I need it, but I know I will
resolve it.
So I need your support, where do I start? What are my 1st 3 actions?

without wanting to appear facetious i'd suggest your first step is to research the subject in depth to gain your own understanding of it. i have been doing such and am having much difficulty in reconciling certain aspects in my mind. this is not a concept to follow blindly upon someone elses instruction - the price should you take a wrong step could be quite high.

1. start with Notice of Understanding and Intent and claim of right.

Check through the forum to find it. Sorry mate to tried just now.

Join a forum Thinkfree. or tupac. UK.

Take it slow so you can fully comprehend everything said in your notice as it pertains to you.

Your REALLY need to know your law. I mean to the core and more.

A great thing I've learnt is if the police read you your rights they ask if you understand, you say "no" then they'll ask if you have anything to say and you keep your mouth shut. that way you haven't entered into a contract with them.

Police = Policy Enforcers

This is true. A basic grasp of the concept of Freeman Philosophy will only get you so far. This philosophy really requires an in depth study and should be seen as 'a way of life' rather than just a 'concept'.

i have been doing such and am having much difficulty in reconciling certain aspects in my mind. this is not a concept to follow blindly upon someone elses instruction

A freeman won't instruct anyone, but they will offer advise. Do not fear the unknown, step lightly but firmly on this path and when in doubt, ask.

the price should you take a wrong step could be quite high.

The seeds of fear will always dominate the ability to use interlect. Fear plays on emotions rather than common sense. Fear makes us hesitant and insecure. Fear supresses the ability to think for yourself and more likely to make you make the wrong decisions. Fear is a con trick, an illusion designed to keep us in a box.

I umderstand a learning of 'word use' and usesage of particular words is advisable.

To this end. Could you name a few good books on that?

To be honest, I'm not sure a single good book exists.
HOWEVER ... Rob's suggestion of the legal entry exams is a great start, coupled with my favourite - the legal dictionaries themselves.

Since the start of this journey, I have found myself limiting the use of "person", "understand", "driver", "citizen", "British", "child", etc ... and forcing myself to find alternatives with correct meaning.

e.g
person = man or woman
understand = comprehend
driver = traveller
citizen = (do not use)
British = English speaking (language) or Briton (man or woman from Britain)
child = offspring

Seems to me to be a case of "unprogramming" and relearning with the correct vocabulary.
