You are all missing the point. The killing lots of people part is the dis-info to get people looking the other way. Its not about that at all. That is not going to happen. They want a binary star system, they want Titan as a second Earth. After doing a bit of research there appears to be some anomalies with the outcome suggested in the video.

Firstly the power source is not a nuclear reactor, but is a thermo electric meaning it utilizes the decay of the radioactive plutonium to provide heat and create electricity (this is not used for propulsion). There is no reactor, no moving parts, no core, the plutonium is in a sold ceramic state and consists of 18 small rods the size of your thumb.

One would expect that if the Galileo crash into Jupiter did result in a Nuclear/atmospheric explosion, the effects would have been felt here being that Jupiter is some 600 million km's from earth and has more hydrogen in it's atmosphere. Saturn on the other hand is twice as far away at 1.2 billion kms.

Saturn is also 10 times bigger than Earth

Astrophysicists don't study conciousness LOL. To what degree it would effect us I cannot say its too subjective and I am still looking at how Sol effects us. Physically we would only see another star in the sky but it will still influence the magnetics and space weather but would we notice it? I cannot say. Most of the shit they taught us was probably wrong anyway.

According to the "2010" book, it is done by putting self-reproducing von Neuman machine into the planet that converts the hydrogen into heavier elements. When the planet's mass reaches a critical level is collpases and fusion takes place. Voila: a star.
