well, actually the PAPAYA is a very nutricious and healing fruit.

for those with ulcers and stomach problems, constipation, if on a daily basis or whenever possible, in the morning before drinking anything, eat papaya, as much as you can. it is not only refreshing, but it also cures loads of stomach problems/diseases.

i hope i will find the article sent to me some years ago in my e-mails to translate it and post the good effects the papaya has on your body.
