Pages are generally loading alot slower than normal last few hours or so. It takes like 10-20 secs to load a page!! But then again i have suffered serious slowness with this forum since it was launched. It takes on average 5-10 secs to open a page on a good day!

Gets on my flippin tits it does! I'm not known for my patience either...i am working on it though!

From the information I have Sean will soon be upgrading to a faster server..
The members active on the forum has more than doubled in the last month, plus the lurkers which is presently slowing us down..

I had a real problem with the vidcast yesterday. It kept stopping and going back to the beginning. Would not go past a certain point. I downloaded the latest version of Flash Player, cleared all the cookies, history etc and waited until there were not so many online. I am not sure which bit worked :p but I finally got through it all, although the second one loaded extremely slowly towards the end.

We now have over 6000 members and there are usually 200-300 browsing at any given time now. It has to have some effect. I am sure Sean is on to it.

Hmmm! No it hasn't. Did you not receive the one emailed?

This forum seems to have a massive amount of lurkers. The old forum did as well, far more than I usually see on the typical forum. I suppose people are apprehensive about discussing and prefer to soak up information.

My old credit card was replaced, and it happened right around billing time, so the system tried to bill me and couldn't, and so my subscription was canceled. I updated my billing info, but I never did get my newsletters via email after that. I always have to log in to retrieve them, which I don't mind doing, as long as they are uploaded...

Sometimes when I post the screen goes blank and my post dissapears.
Which means I have to type it out again.

I'd suggest this if you type a long post. Type it onto a word document then copy and paste it onto the Forum
