That is totally fucked...

OMG.... any experts out there, what was he on?

Cocaine I reckon....

What a chump, I can't believe he would be so dumb to do that... live on air too... Jesus don't they 'train' these guys anymore... man, I've had better training than that guy, why can't I be president!?

Best bit is where he gets someone telling him off in his ear piece, you can see the sorry and helpless look on his face as he gets a bollocking from the puppet masters. There is no way this buffoon is in charge of France... That is the most fucked and ridiculous thing I've ever seen. These guys are idiots!

Bloody hell:D I don't reckon it's coke, more like ecstasy and perhaps a joint too.

Friggin wierdo, looks like hes on a trip. What an example to set.Its getting to the point in society now that if you dont take cocaine you are in the minority- its well fooked up.Personally i dnt do any drugs. The amount of times ive noticed references to hard drugs like coke on early evening crap like 'dinnerlaides' ( watched by mistake) , mentioning it in a totally innocent way, it makes me sick. And sometimes if you watch kids shows you can sometimes see certain unhealthy messages.

Sarkozy is excused of its delay because it came from a meeting with Vladimir Putin.
I do not dare to imagine how Sarkozy would have been if he had met Boris Elstine :D
In any case this video was hidden by the French media, it is a Belgian TV who gave information... The majority of French do not know this video... Censorship ?

Well from what I read he just came from a meeting with putin and they had a lot of vodka, yeah right, more likely they did some weird ritual on him and that was a grin of fright he was displaying?
Also id like to see a longer clip because he seemes to change completely when he puts that thing in his ear, how did he act after i wonder?

Yeah, maybe Putin mistook him for a child (Sarkozy is not a tall person), and kissed him all over his belly....

Hey a translater in the house. I was gonna ask what he was going on about . lol:cool:

hehe hey neila

I'm stealing Pierre jean's job lol

yeah, my oh just said they're taking about it on french tv but NOT SHOWING THE CLIP....hmmmm i wonder why lol

so he starts by saying:

Madames, Monsieurs, excuse me for being late but it is due to my long "dialogue" lol conversation with Putin...

then he just asks if they'd prefer him to answer questions straight away, but he does it in such a stupid unprofessional way, he says "vas-y" which means go ahead and "allez" too which is like "go" "go for it" lol, not very polite really in my view!

omg and he is the president now...well it's no shock to us really, they're all like this and we know why, satanic tossers lol

I agree with pollock too, he has a strange uneasy grin, like he's been a naughty boy at school lol

hang on i'll go back and listen again cause i've missed a bit of what he said!

ok...

madames et monsieurs,

i ask you to excuse me for being late, it is due to an extended conversation (long duration of conversation) with monsieur putin...(which he says almost bursting out laughing...)

what do you pefer, that i respond to questions?

alors (so)...are there any questions? (stupid laugh lol) :D

oui oui oui allez lol yes yes go (ahead) but in a really informal way  not good for mr president to be talking like this tut tut lol

i still can't believe it lol

there's one bit he says i can't understand cause he muffles it or rather slurrs it, just after he asks if there are any questions, but it doesn't sound anything major to me, maybe Pierre jean can say what it is he said.

What he says is interesting because he seems to be having a dialogue with someone...

"Oui Oui... maaa"

Maa simply is a vocative which means 'what can I do?' or expresses resignation... this echoed by his body language...

He actually seems to be talking to someone... He may have caught someone's eye in the crowd who gave him some kind of cue or admonishing for his behaviour...

He may even be talking to the voices in his head.

I am surprised mightily by this... It is clear that this man is a clown with probably less awareness than most of us here... Just a puppet on a string...

I also like what the news reader says at the start,

" I can't resist (showing you this.... 'apparently' he only drunk water"

Clearly taking the piss. Excellent...

its quite possible the guy is ill or suffering from the side effects of a totally normal non narcotic drug - he may have even been having an anxiety attack

there may be a normal explantion for this

But we the people need to be sure.... I mean, we might lose confidence in the moral uprightness of our Great Leaders otherwise.

All kinds of normal people, from prisoners to pilots, from students to soldiers are subject to pointless mandatory drug-testing.

Surely it is time to insist that those in our society with the most responsibility - politicians, police chiefs, generals, bankers, business leaders, freemasons, zionists and the like - are made subject to the most stringent and rigorous program of drug-testing, with severe penalties such as life imprisonment or death for any trace of the "drugs" which they themselves made illegal in the first place. We could start the program with the G8 leaders.

Remember the cocaine traces all over the Westminster Houses of Parliament toilets? (http://www.people.co.uk/news/tm_objectid=16471110&method=full&siteid=93463&headline=houses-of-charliement-name_page.html) Hypocrites stuffing it up their nostrils while passing laws imprisoning "drug criminals" for many years; and while commanding that Colombia spray herbicides over its cocaine fields poisoning crops, people, wildlife and the water supply.

Good translation, celtic friend...;)
Sarkozy seems to evoke this meeting with an amused thought, as if they had laughed really well together like old friends...
what do you prefer, that i respond to questions?
Stupid sentence everyone noticed it ;) Perhaps Sarko would have preferred to make a tennis game ?
In a general way, Sarko has a very stupid behavior on this video... (a little simpleton I think)

Very intersting remark. Moreover it is disconcerting that Sarko speaks to its interlocutor before placing his auricle...
If it was someone in the crowd, I don't think he would answer like that and he don't seems to look someone in particular.

It is necessary to recall, Sarko does not drink alcohol (it is him which says it)
Nicolas Sarkozy does not seem drunked but rather blown, not prepared, perhaps grayed quite simply by its own imposing presence and its row among the most powerful people of this world (or a digestion trouble ?)
The continuation of the press conference is rather normal even if he uses simplistic formulas, but one can note that it has some difficulties of reminding its speech, as so indeed it had undergone a brainwashing from its spins doctors and of those of Bush.
He repeat the same word in french and in english (the famous JC Vandamme effect:D)
The full speech (in french of course)

Newspaper don't speak about that story or just say that it's an other internet rumor. The Belgian presenter presented his excuses, history is closed ;)

Coke head for sure....I should know I used to be one and know a lot about cocaine, I used heavily for 17 years :(
Luckily the nightmare is over.

The tell tale signs are: pulling or rubbing the nose which is one of the first things I noticed that he does, it looks to me as though he ran to the toilet just before going out on the podium, and snorted a nice big line ....Notice also that he is sweating another reaction to cocaine but usually comes on at the point of peaking or when you get a hit from the purest type of coke. in other words when you get to the point where you can't get any higher even if you continue to snort more coke. another symptom is when you try to talk your mouth and throat becomes tight and words either come out as spurts or hang in time as the nerves in the mouth area become frozen from the anesthetic effect from cocaine, what we call chewing the gums. The idiot is showing classic symptoms displayed by anyone on coke.

I like the suggestion that he has come from some sort of ritual, Cocaine can be a very powerful conduit to the spirit world, but usually a very dark one. I know I have been there.

It's like that scene in trainspotting where Spud wants to stay on the dole but the job centre forces him to go to an interview so he takes a line of speed before hand to guarantee that he won't get the job...

You think maybe Sarkozy doesn't want to be president?

There's more to this than meets the eye.... That guy's been in politics for years, surely he would know what would happen if he jammed a line up his nose before a big press conference..

What's really happening? Planned failure....? It's been a funny week for the masons hasn't it? This is on the same level as that high court judge flashing out his pork n beans... What's going on?

He does not look like he's speeding his tits off so I don't reckon its coke. To me he looks and sounds like he's been drinking. The walk into the stage is a gimme.

There's that fragility in his features just before he plugs in the earpiece that drug takers get but not drunks.. Drunks are usually defiant and not very self analytical... There's a sudden wave of fear and anxiety that comes over Sarkozy's features which is not in line with alcohol use.

He also seems to be moving his head from side to side as if speeding.. I reckon its drugs.

he's just pissed lol had too many vodkas

no he's saying 'beh oui" it's like saying 'but' or 'so' in a kind of 'come on' kind of way...start asking the questions...he just wants to get it over with lol

they say "beh oui" all the time here and it drives me mad, it's like, a 'know it all" kind of phrase..beh oui (of course are you stupid lol) kind of meaning.

:D or 'mais oui' but yes.

He doesn't say that.

He says "oui oui, maaa"

Then shrugs as he puts the ear piece in.

Like he can hear the voice already and is responding to it.

He doesn't say Beh at all. Watch it again.

The meaning of "oui, oui, mais" is "what can I do ?" "It's like that", c'est la vie !!! I think
It's very familiar, as the sarkozy speech in general... I listen the following of the interview, he use simple formulas, repeated words, a poor language I think...
I will try to translate for an example...

Thanks for the info. In fact I don't have one jimmy cliff album :D
But this precise song is a special message for all... who can hear ;)
And very danceable !!! Re listen to it you will shake your body lol
http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xvp4o_jimmy-cliff-we-all-are-one

No matter where we are born,
We are human beings
The same chemistry
Where emotions and feelings
All corresponding in love
Compatible

You can't get around it,
No matter how hard you try
You better believe it
And if you should find out
That you are no different than I

The only difference I can see
Is in the conscience
And the shade of our skin
Doesn't matter, we laugh, we chatter
We smile, we all live for

And the feelings that make
All those faces always renew
So true, so true
And would you believe that I have
All those same feelings too
The same as you

Look at the children, they're having fun
With no regards to why
They all look different but deep inside
Their feelings of love they don't hide, they don't hide
They don't hide, they don't hide

So true...

Nicolas Sarkozy said in an interview published on Wednesday he was not drunk at a news conference where he appeared slightly out of breath and trying not to laugh.

He dismissed reports he may have been drinking alcohol before the news conference, footage of which appeared on the Internet and was seen by millions around the world.

"I was late, so I went up the stairs four steps at a time," Sarkozy told French daily Le Parisien,

"I don't drink a drop of alcohol," he said, adding: "I don't like it." Sarkozy was addressing the news conference following talks with Russian President Valdimir Putin at a Group of Eight summit in Germany.

Well, he doesn't mention anything about drugs:rolleyes:
