ive been mulling this over for a while and it seems tome that as we the public fund the bbc then surely we own it by right? if its our cash being used to make tv shows then again surely they are our property and it cant be lawful to make us pay to watch repeats or buy dvds for something that we've funded already, thoughts please

If you don't like what the BBC is doing then stop giving them your money. 'We' do not own the BBC 'We' just pay for it!

i havent paid my fee in 7 or 8 years. you may then think why post? but seeing as we (minus me) are funding propaganda then perhaps we have more control than we realise. indeed we the consumer control everything because without us there is no business or tv. i maintain that if we stocked up on mass with food for a month and didnt work, used no electric or gas or petrol (obviously the summer would be the better time!! lol) we would have themat our mercy.

It is a really nice thought but it will NEVER happen. We are far to entrenched in capitalism for people to give up what they consider to be their god given rights. I don't watch TV so the bbc funding issue does not bother me. I see what you are saying but you can guarentee the British Brainwashing Community has a perfectly legal way of keeping the money paid to them by job public.

i totally agree, but it also dawned on me last year that the nuclear arsenal in each country isnt to defend itself from other nations (seeing as they are all owned by the same bankers) its to defend the elite from a rebelling mass public. frightening!

I can't disagree with anything you have said. Unfortunately 'we' have been divided and are now just ripe for conquer.
