Same here. But how could something that small and delicate (I presume)suvive the tremendous pressures and heat going through a jet engine and then go on to do whatever it is they do to us?

good point, but what if their not that delicate? plus, could they be on the outside of these engines in canisters being mixed in with the fumes a bit like the colour that comes out of the red arrows jets?
