ELF Sheilds.

Hi in the 80s there was a schematic diagram to build an ELF sheild from parts from the electronic store,
it basically blocked radio waves from the 2-30hz range which can cause depression when your subjected to it.
does any one know where i can get one of these schematics? I've looked all over!!!!

thats one of the best pages that i've found so far, but its not what im after... the thing im after can actually fit in your pocket, so you can carry it around.

i have found one here (product) but im not paying that kind of price - its only a few electronic components!
