Chinese e-waste
it is amazing what Chinese can get away with, yet Western countries cannot even dream of being able to do normal business without some agency being at their throats for even slightest "environmental hazards"!

i guess "pollution credits" are the licenses to pollute the planet, and this is not a bad thing for "global warming", environment and people's health?!
