I always ask each day for protection for My Family ,friends, people who I come into contact with and for the World.I envisage walls of pure steel pulled up from the bottom up and around everyone and tied at the top and only positive energy sat there.I envisage the negative unable to enter and only allow the Positive in.If we all envisaged this everyday just think of the Powerful energy we could all produce.Try it and see how you feel.:)

Years ago I lived alone in South Africa and I was scared on my own. The secretary at work spoke to me about commanding angels to sourround and protect me. Apparently we all have an army of angels to look after us, all we need do is ask/command them.
It works for me.
Angel blessings.

Yes I ask for angel protection.I just gave a view which anyone can use for Positive protection. If you believe in Angels then they can be there for you but only if you ask for their help I'm always telling people this.

This is actually one of the things that really broke me of some long-time hardcore skepticism about anything most people would consider "beyond normal" - I noticed when I meditated and focussed on being positive and strong, I felt amazing and things started to go my way. At first I thought I was just fooling myself - you know, if you always think negative it's hard to do anything good, stuff like that.
Over time, though, the difference between how I felt when I meditated on positive energy and strenth and how I felt when I was just walking around trying to "think happy" was so remarkable that I couldn't just keep ascribing it to a positive outlook.

How do you actually do that? I'd be interested to hear.

For me, the way that seems most effective is a pretty simple visualization exercise. I sit somewhere relatively quiet and isolated, and try to clear away all the thoughts of the day - no thinking about work, social activities, and so on. When my mind is as peaceful as I can make it, I picture myself in the center of a courtyard, surrounded by ancient pillars and ruins. Beside me I picture a still, shallow pool of water; if I gaze into that water for long enough, I see all of my worries take form in it - all of the situations I *don't* want to happen. Once they have formed clearly in the pool, I reach out and brush my fingers through the water, this time focussing on the ripples that my action creates. These ripples reshape all those negative thoughts and fears, transforming them into what I *do* want to see happen. While I do this, I just meditate on the knowledge that everything that happens in the 'real' world isn't any more substantial or real than the ripples in that water, and that it is within my power to change what I see and what happens to me every day.
I've tried plenty of other kinds of meditation and positive reinforcement, but this sort of visualization really seems to work best.

Certainly, if you don't ask you don't necessarily get. Remember this though... things aren't always what they seem... http://www.new-life.net/favrt071.htm
Positive / negative? It's all relative. One persons’ perception of a situation may be entirely different to the next, take any argument as an example.
Not quite sure what I’m trying to say but if you ask for protection and it doesn’t feel like you’ve got a response, don’t stop trying. :)

The thing that put me off angels was the idea that you have to say sorry for every impure thought and grovel for forgiveness etc. all the time.
But you can always ask them anyway, they'll still take your side in a lot of matters if you don't

Where did you get that idea from? If there are such beings I don't think they would be sitting around wiggling their fingers at us for 'doing something wrong'. Surely they'd be beyond right and wrong. The soul understands what the mind cannot conceive.

From bringing someone out of seizures many years ago.
If I worked with seven chacras and directed energy from the heart through the hands, it would work reliably but it didn't 'zap it' in a split second.
If I called on the angel Raphael from Christian Cabbalah, I had to beg and then it *might* zap it straight away.
I decided I prefered the energy way.
It could be worse. I could have thought that Scientology was the one true way.
