I wasn't refering to the tire, but that could be deliberate. It's very well placed. Yes, I was actually refering to the rolled up trouser leg. I can't see any reason why a hip hop "artist" would be doing such a thing.

it comes originally from freemasonry but many hip hop heads who do it have no idea where it comes from. it's a style thing for them.

back in the 90' when we had this whole East vs West situation going it was a sign of allegiance. the right leg meant you where on the West's side and the left showed your sympathy for the east.

seeing as jay rolled up the right even though he's from NY tells me he's just doing it for style. never mind the fact that the whole east/west thing is long burried.
on the other hand, Jay is quiet obviously a mason so i wouldn't rule out the possibility that he does it full knowing where it really comes from.

as for the reversed pentagram, too precise to be coincidence imo.
keeping in mind this was all staged.. i.e arranged for the photoshoot.

The rolled up pant leg did not come from the east coast, west coast beef. LOL! The whole thing was a pubilicity stunt put together and blown out of porportion by the media!!! Biggie & Pac just were at the for front of thing!

It came from the U.S. prison systems just like the pant sagging. They would roll up a pant leg or sag the pants to give a different look from the rest of the inmates (because they all wore the same thing). I'm 100% positive this is where it came from.

Never read of the East/West sign. Though it still could have come from Masonry. A few things from the Craft seemed to have leaked out into society. The same with other cultures. Could anyone track down who first started it off? Also where did the "diamond" hand sign come from? Was it started by Jay Z. I notice it's caught on quite a bit. I even saw a logo with it. It's even in a UWE advert.

If someone can help me out here as I can't remember the authors name, but this lady wrote a book about how when she went to Atlanta, she noticed the gang sings the gangs were throwing up were all masonic.

the one leg rolled up is nothing new. lol I do it plenty with my baggy bottoms, for some reason for me it brings comfort on those hot days, kinda like sleeping in a bed with one leg out on the covers.

Biggie and Pac have nothing todo with it, the media thing started earlier with people like LL Cool J and that guy from Naughty by Nature.

you're right about the prison origins but they didn't do it just to look differently as you claim.

it has something todo with gang culture, see in prison it's not allowed to sport coloured gang symbols so what they did was rolling up their right or left leg to show their Folks/Crip or blood affiliation.

it was a sign used to show wich side you're on. when the whole east/west thing started the people outside copied that to show on wich side they are on.

these days it's just a fashion/style thing though.

but to get back to the masonic connection, they were doing the rolled up trousers thing long before any gang culture or Mcees adopted it.

I don't get how people can't see the symbolism? My girlfreind even noticed today in a concert today the symbols being thrown up. I'm glad she noticed as I'm sure she thought I was taking it a bit too far lol! matthew delooze put up some stuff on his site about concerts being held & how the believe in energy transfer etc, this is part of what we are seeing. Not meaning to sound ignorant but, if I grew up as a black rapper in USA, the last thing I'd be paying homage to is rockerfeller/lucifer/masonic sun worship etc...

it works quite similar to spotting subliminals, once a subliminal is pointed out to you you'll start seeing it instantly next time you look at it.
it just stands out.

It was on TV/DVD, she didn't see here in person. but She calling to come downstairs to see. She has always believed the NWO agenda but had previously had problems believing that mainstream acts could be SO involved.
