Something odd happened at work today!.....

Today I have been painting a huge set of iron gates to the entrance to the flats I'm working on:) It suddenly came to me I was thinking of nothing, I felt such peace & calmness:) Could this be the 'oneness' that was mentioned before on this forum?.........

yes, that is the oneness.

because you allowed yourself to totally accept that which was at that moment, thoughts stopped.
you forgot the story about you and the world.

there was no more you and no more world,
there was only the whole... that's why it's called "non-duality" or oneness.

i'm happy you found a job you are happy with.
i haven't found a job i like yet, but perhaps i'll give painting a try one day.

i also want a job where i don't have to think. this way i can continue living the now,
and working becomes fun :)

working only sucks, when the work sucks.
when the work is fun, working is fun.
