Chris Bollyn's Urgent Situation

Chris Bollyn has been found guilty of aggravated assault and resisting arrest. He could face up to 12 months in jail.

Chris is a freelance writer who used to work for American Free Press until he started researching and reporting on the "wrong subjects." Namely Israeli involvement in the 9/11 attacks.

Bollyn was attacked at his home in front of his wife and daughter for his writings and research pertaining to Israeli involvement in 9/11 by local police. He is being denied his liberty not only for free speech but his time, property, and potentially life by being in jail. Sentencing takes place on June 25th.

Who will have their Constitutional guarantees absolved next? I think its time we put an end to this nonsense right now!

I simply can't believe the case went through. I mean, the video evidence was deliberately destroyed --- thats illegal... I'm sure this was brought up in the trial? The news articles keep repeating 'reinforcements' and 'belligerent' over and over, so other regular people start to dislike those who come out with information like Chris has, as if to say 'if you research crime that somehow, even remotely involves Israel, you're probably a racist, rotten person' etc etc. Can you say thought police?

Chris didn't even own a gun ['current issues tv' interview w/Chris from last year]. I hope that person [who destroyed the evidence] can be found and questioned on the stand, that is if he can appeal. I'm pretty surprised it went on, I sent emails and told ppl about it. The ppl I talked to seemed only to be half-listening. Going on blogs can be a good way to spread the info, but some of these blogs are just totally 'rigged' you might say, infact most seem that way to me. So it ends up there aren't a lot of sites to bring it up. Only other way is youtube [eh], maybe maybe indymedia - email, or just talking to ppl.

A thought - the carl cameron fox report on Israel and 911 is now classified - and i wonder, is it b/c its an ongoing investigation, or b/c its no longer one??
