Icke needs to be a little less cold in these interviews, every time I've seen him recently he's been humourless, unsmiling, and he looks bored and uninterested. It doesn't make the message any less valid of course but people would take him more seriously if he was a little bit more likeable- as it is he turns people off with his demeanour and perpetrates the illusion that the public has of him as a nutjob.

They are seeing it right now but absolutely refuse to believe it!
Here's another good little one:
David Icke on Public Opinion:

He keeps bashing the message out there!;)

They invited him onto their show. He is a guest, and I think has every right to be pissed off at the ignorance displayed by the presenters and the bad researching that went into that segment by the production team.
He doesn't have to prove anything to anyone, and I respect him more for not playing a nice PR game with them.

I tend to agree with 11kushna11 - I know Icke has every right to be angry with what he has been through, but the way he acts on popular tv doesn't do the cause too many favours. I first heard Icke on news for the soul and I thought he was amazing and likable - lovable in fact. He just came across as a purely enlightened soul.
But for those people who are still asleep and don't know him and don't know his reasons might be put off by his attitude. He is a great speaker and is in his element in front of an audience. I just wish he could let go, relax and be his playful likable self in these interviews so people can see who he truly is.
However, I always give people the benefit of the doubt - he's not like this in every interview and we really don't know what goes on behind the scenes. If he was at all messed around by the producers (which often happens) or intimidated (<--not the right word I'm looking for) in any way then Icke is not the type of person to hide away how he feels and I back him whatever.

I thought he got his point across quite well, its obvious that the two presenters have ear pieces with their producers etc telling them what to ask and what comments to make etc. I especially liked the part when David said Real Journalism/Reporters not the mainstream/itv ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh that must have hit a nerve with them because in reality if they truly aired their own feelings or ideas then they would be out of a job possibly.
Bring it on David and keep up the good work, it takes a strong person to withstand all the amount of criticism and attack that he has had over the years.

when was this.
also icke is cool, but he needs some arrogance and drop the nice guy shit (he is actually too nice, for the vultures in this world, relign some of that shiva power bro). always will be eternally greatful to icke, he took stick, ridicule/oppression, and still remained gracious, opend the way for us. me if anyone tries to drop their weak arse game on me, i say freestyle or debate? you choose your fate, would you like apples aswell.
he should tell them about the religous angle, biblical fallen/enoch, if they laugh, then just say not good christians are we, phil/fern, celebrate christmas, and don't believe in christ, hypocrites are we, later he can demolish them with saturnalia, jermiah(chritmas trees) and ceasare borgia/council of nicea 325ad, lol.
then he should drop the political angle, show then them laws/agendas/treaties, etc, if they mock, take the piss out of them for being ignorant twats, about politics.
he should talk about the scientific angle, wave/particle duality, which fits into his "matrix view" of life, and the observer effect, if they laugh again, ask them, about why they know so little about physics. outsmart them, its not that bloody hard, lol
then he could talk about the biological angle, eg brain, triune brain, 21 grams, soul etc, chi.
fall into their reptillian trap, or rise above them with skills. just flick that dirt off your shoulder, lol you are a child of the creator.

I don't mind the 'neutral' tone of David, it's what makes him stand out from the sheep-mentality crowd. It's very hard to say your idea about a subject while most of the people are too ignorant or turn their head when something controversial is said. The thing is, David had to endure a lot of 'pain', suffering, etc. from the man-down-the-street (a regular person), especially backed-up by the media ("Icke is a nutter"). You can never win that 'fight' on your own, it's impossible. Even then so, David is not interested in changing someone's opinion by force (physically or metally). We've been used to the fact that someone else can think for us (what to do in life in general), and David gives us the free choice to think for ourselves, giving us a new vision of life. And what does humanity do? Laughing, because it's not used to do something on it's own. We need the goverment to give us a scientific and rational explantion (or rather an excuse not to look at Davids work).

that is a face of someone who is to thick to comprehend anything other that the little bubble she lives in.
he has every right to be pissed at these people as they Clearly are there to mock and to make him look crazy rather than TRY to understand what he is saying...
Ignorant and patronising.......

Isn't Fern Britton the woman who was on that cookery show where the chefs had to cook a meal before she ate all the ingredients?

As much as I hate to admit it, these two sicken me. The looks on their faces says it all. Why should information be immediately ridiculed just because it differs drastically from the 'official line'?. Oh yeah... Excruciating ignorance.

By the way, does anyone know what year this was filmed? I like how at the end he tells them to ask him back in five years and to see what they think then...

I come across this clip 3 or 4 years ago before I knew of Icke and when I heard him talk of the world not being solid and reptillians I thought this is so bizarre there must to be something to it, so it was from there I went on to discover Davids work.
So thank you Fern and whatshisname for bringing him to my attention.

I think David ickes problem, is his way of throwing the truth right in your face. He just comes out with what he believes, no matter how ludicrus it might sound to others.
Dont get me wrong here, about 98% of what david says i beleive to be true aswel. But before i discoverd David icke and all the other people, if I would have saw that on the TV, I would have laughed and called hima nutjob.
And alot of people are doing just that, because he is so different to the norm.
I think he needs to be a little more "gentle" when he hands out information like "The queen is a reptile". Alot of people would be terrified that thier whole world is a lie (I experienced something similiar when i began to find out the truth).
So anyway, i think david should just stick to the lighter things, like 9-11 being an inside job (as alot of people suspect that anyway) just to keep people intrested. And save the Big stuff, for his books, and this website etc.
I think that way, alot more people will willingly search for the truth and find it in thier own time.
Sorry if tha didnt make any sense, it did to me, its late :D

That aside, OSHO, who is being discudded on another thread at the time of wrighting, shows the way here with his spontaneous devil-may-care wit and charm.
Icke's ego seems to be growing with his belly.

It was a bit rambling, but I forgive you. ;)
To me, it comes down to Icke as a person, not whether what he's communicating is closer to Noam Chomsky than to William Cooper.
I don't agree with "98%" of what Icke claims, like with his reptillian work. Don't get me wrong, I think it's generally valid, I just don't tend to think the Queen is an actual reptile. I think he stumbles here. He can be very blunt in his interpretation of the evidence.

That's just it. Even if the reptilian thing might be a bit hard to take on board at first, it's stupid to outrightly dismiss it as nonsense without looking at any of the evidence yourself first. Whether you agree with it or not, at the very least it's possible. As cliche as this example is, there was a time when to believe that the world was round would have seen you labelled as utterly insane.
Personally, the Arizona Wilder interview did a lot in convincing me that the reptilian thing is plausible.
