Retreat

[the infinite one]

Hi everyone

I'm thinking of going to a weekend or a week spiritual cleanse (meditation) / holistic treatment (including massage, reflexology Indian head massage etc..) retreat in the new year. I don't want to go to a new age type of cult retreat, :D

Has anyone been to any and if so what do you think?
